BEST ROBOT YET- 6 PETS
I’ve had multiple irobot roomba vacuums and mops. They were all terrible, took too much time and effort to use, made more messes than they cleaned; I hated them within a month. This Roborock has been absolutely amazing. I’ve had it for about 7 months now and have no complaints. It cleans my home twice a day, vacuum and mop. It yells at me to empty/refill the water bins every 3rd day. It yells at me when it gets itself stuck or needs any other type of attention. It still runs quietly and nothing has broken on it. I bought extra mop pads that I cycle through weekly. I’ve only had to replace the vacuum bag twice. I just recently put a new side brush on. Every other week I remove the hair that gets wrapped around the rollers, and once a month I do a maintenance check on everything. After having an irobot roomba, I absolutely LOVE the water tank sizes. I would have to refill the roomba (tiny tank within the robot) just for it to finish my home. The Roborock is just so EASY and reliable; I love it. The room mapping is detailed and I love the feature that allows me to create schedules for it to clean certain parts of the house at certain times of the day so it’s never in the way. The first month took some patience as I had to add in blocked off areas in the app for spots where it would constantly get stuck. But once that was all done, it went off all on its own without issue. Works amazing with pets that have short hair and its amazing with cat hair.

Only 5 days but impressed so far! Lots of options and power.
We have only had this for 5 days but so far, so good. It is doing it all, vacuuming, mopping, surprised at the options for vacuum suction strength, amount of water to use, number of times to clean, different routines to run besides custom and so many more things I know I am missing. Fairly intuitive to set up but I did end up watching a quick video on YouTube to set up room by room zones instead of one large zone which I am loving. I am impressed so far and if I had one complaint right now, I just wish it had sweeper brushes on both sides of the unit but it still seems to perform fine with just the one. Time will tell and I will update if we run into any concerns.

Great Robot!
It is just amazing. My entire apartment has hard floors, and I only have a small carpet. I have a cat, and there is much fur. I could clean once a week, and it definitely wasn’t enough. NNowI have to press a button, and every day my house gets cleaned. It is excellent and cleans everywhere. Mall sections are the only places it cannot reach due to furniture. Other than that, it even extends out to the vacuum head and the mops to cover more area. Every time it runs through the house, it updates the place map, which is excellent, and it shows where it cleaned and where it didn’t. You can also send it to clean only one spot. There is also a joystick mode, which allows you to move it around, which was fun!

Fantastic robot mop & vacuum — worth every penny
I absolutely love this Qrevo Roborock. I cannot express how happy I am with this item. I have beautiful mahogany floors, and I was very reluctant to try any kind of automatic mopping system for fear it might damage them. After a lot of research, I chose the Edge — and what a great decision.I set it to Smart Plan and it delivers just the right amount of dampness to clean my floors without leaving puddles or causing any issues. It detects my carpet and small throw rugs accurately and either avoids them or vacuums them depending on their size and weight.One of my favorite features is being able to run it at night in complete darkness and wake up to perfectly clean floors. Setup was very easy and the app is extremely user-friendly.This is truly one of the best purchases I’ve made. I even noticed it’s a Black Friday deal right now, which—as someone else mentioned—is an absolute “steal.”

Things you should know
I’ve been using the QRevo Edge S5A for two days now, and here are a few things you might want to consider before buying one:1. Mop Lifting Feature:Even though it has a mop-lifting feature, the mop pads still slightly touch the carpet. If the robot has just mopped the tiles before moving onto carpet, it ends up dragging dirty mop pads across.2. Edge-Cleaning Capability:Its edge-cleaning performance isn’t very impressive, especially around door thresholds (where carpet meets tile). Debris tends to remain, so you’ll likely have to clean these areas manually.3. Mopping Performance:The mopping function is okay, but don’t set your expectations too high. Stubborn or heavily soiled areas usually can’t be cleaned in just one session. For tougher stains, manual cleaning might still be necessary.4. Anti-Tangle Feature:Despite its claim to be 0-tangling, the main brush still occasionally gets jammed. Since I have a pet, hair and fur accumulate on the carpet, causing the vacuum to stop mid-cleaning until I clear the brush. The side brush can also get tangled with hair.5. Obstacle Recognition:Its obstacle detection isn’t perfect—it often misses small objects, such as my cat’s bird toy, causing it to get sucked and jam the vacuum. It also pushes lighter items like slippers around, as shown in the video. If you have loose mats or rugs, the robot may easily get trapped, requiring you to rescue it.Overall, the robot performs well with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks, especially on hardwood, tile, and other hard surfaces. However, expect to do manual touch-ups along edges and specific problematic areas.

Tengo lastimada la espalda baja desde hace años y no puedo trapear xq termino en cama por dos días tomando desinflamantes y decidí comprar un robot q me ayudara con la tarea y pensé q si ya iba a hacer el gasto q fuera el más completo así q me decidí x este y debo decir q esto más q fascinada. La primera vez q lo probamos, mi esposo barrió y trapo la planta baja de la casa y después pusimos al robot, pues nos quedamos asombrados de q en el contenedor de basura, había polvo y basuritas y como lo grabé de cerca pude ver como aspiraba polvo debajo de los muebles, así que desde entonces no trapeamos ni baremos y mi casa siempre limpia! Definitivamente lo recomiendo!!

This product is a game changer. I work a very busy schedule and have 3 large german sherphards that shed.This robo vac/mop is keeping my home looking so much cleaner . Everyday the floor gets a little shinier…no more dust in cracks and corners. Yes, hands scrubbing would do a better job but takes hours and I am not going to hand scrub twice daily. The consistent cleaning is producing a sparkly shining house.Purchasing the recommended cleaner has resulted in absolutely no odor in dirty waterbin or on mops ( self cleans and dries mop)Make sure you do a quick look around before bed that doors are open and large clutter is not left on floor ( socks will shut it down and keep it from finishing its overnight work).Highly recommend!!!!!!!
