Works well for daily maintenance.
This is my first robot vacuum and it works surprisingly well for a little thing. It does not do deep cleaning on carpet but that should be expected. Great for hardwood floors. I’ve been using it every day and it picks up cat hair and litter they leave behind on their little paws. It’s not too noisy but the suction is powerful enough that at first I thought my neighbors were playing loud music (could only hear the base). Then realized it was the vacuum vibrating the floor. I like that it goes under my bed and furniture, and into corners that it can get to. I had to rescue it in couple of places where it got stuck, and figured out how to block or modify the furniture so it wouldn’t get stuck. My house is multi-level with lots of odd corners. It doesn’t go up and down stairs and I am lazy, so I bought another one, fortunately before the price skyrocketed. That makes me question the seller’s ethics.

Vacuum works well, mopping and app could be better.
The vacuum function on this robot works great. It does a great job at picking up dirt, from low carpet and tile. Not crazy about the mopping function, primarily because the water tank is rather small.Have had a hard time setting up the app on my phone. It does not connect to the vacuum. This is a bit frustrating as I was hoping to control it while I was away from home.

No mapping & too many errors
After reading reviews for this product, we had high hopes but the vacuum kept giving error messages, kept running into walls repeatedly without changing course – we had to manually pick it up and reroute it. It just didn’t function as we needed it to. This vacuum doesn’t have a mapping feature.

Need better transition
Does a great job cleaning, but gets stuck on carpet/hardwood transition. It gets stuck at way too many places on my floor. I am returning it because it is Black Friday and am getting g a different one. I didn’t use the mop feature.
