Totally worth it!
This is my first robot vacuum, and I have to say I am impressed. The biggest offender in my house is dog hair, it is everywhere. Since I purchased the robo vac and mop combo my floors have been so much cleaner, and way less of a source of irritation. I have one dog and seriously she sheds like 10. The machine is not designed to be the sole floor cleaner, it is more of a maintenance item. It has great suction power, and the mop works great. You can adjust the speed and the water amount it drops for the mop through either the remote control or the app. It is a wee bit noisy, but it is a vacuum so I did not expect it to be silent. The biggest source of noise is it banging around occasionally when it gets in tight spots. Its a sturdy little thing though as it takes its bumps like a champ and never really errors out on anything unless it gets really stuck. Also, it kind of gets lost going home if it is too far away from the charger so find a centrally located area to place the docking station. For a first time (beginner) buy, I would say totally worth it.

Worth having
Cleans great. Love tuya as interface. Only wish it was programmed to do more to get itself unstuck from obstacles. I use the manual control to get it unstuck by remote when I’m away but every once in a while it doesn’t work and you have to go lift it up. I love coming home to clean floors everyday. Note: after a few months of using, I can say I still rate 5 stars. I had to do a few things to improve its performance, such as putting down magnetic floor vent screens, putting a rug in front of a floor transition that is kinda high, making sure no wires on the floor. Since then, it’s been like clockwork every day.

Mop sucks, vacuum is great unless it runs into dog poop
Really easy to set up and use. The vacuum quality is great – keeps up with the pets if I run it daily. Mapping seems non existent. Noise level is very quiet and doesn’t bother the animals or kids. Battery lasts about three hours at a time so great.Down side – MOP SUCKS. Used it once, laughed, and threw the reservoir away. It doesn’t mop – it leaves a river of water and then a course sponge drags on the ground behind.Ran into one pile of dog poop and the entire unit failed after six weeks. Up til then I was very happy but was not worth the purchase price after dying a few weeks in.

Not worth it
Worked ok the first 2 weeks and now can’t drive over a hair without getting stuck, freaking out,stopping then beeping constantly for no reason.

Will never get the job done
I’ve had the robot on for less than an hour and it’s gotten stuck and turned off 3x. Once on a low pile rug, other two times was bumping into the corner of the island cabinets and getting stuck.

Not worth the money
Average at best. It picks up large clumps of dog hair but that’s pretty much it. It is easier for me to sweep than deal with this robot. The mopping feature is essentially worthless.

Well worth the money!
Highly impressed! This little robot cleans my floors very well. It picks up debris and dust and leaves my floors clean. I have also used the mop feature and I am satisfied with the result. Have a large floor area so I do have to refill the water tank a few times but it saves me time on the dusting as it leaves my floors looking clean and dust free.Well worth the money!

Good machine, does a nice job vacuuming.
Does a good job and a decent price. The vacuum is nice because it fits under the bed and dressers. The mop just skiims the surface but you can’t expect too much from a combo mop/vacuum. It’s convenient to use between really thorough vacuuming and mopping.
