Why doesn’t the robot clean when I first turn it on?
The robot needs to be fully charged while first use. After that, use for the first time it will start with a quick mapping. When mapping is finished, it will return to the dock. Then press the button briefly or use the app to start a cleaning cycle.
Why would the suction decrease after using a while?
First check if there is any foreign matter blocking the dust suction port. Please ensure timely cleaning of the vacuum cleaner. Regularly clean the dust bin and filters to maintain its efficiency.

Powerful, Smart & Easy to Use
I’ve been using this robot vacuum for a bit now, and I’m really impressed. The slim design is a huge plus. It fits under my bed and couch where regular vacuums never reach. The mapping work great and the app is super easy to use. I love that I can set rooms with no-go zones, and schedules without a fuss. The vacuum+ mop combo actually works well, and the water control keeps my floors from getting too wet. Suction is strong (it really picks up pet hair), and it automatically boosts on carpets which is nice. Battery life is solid. It cleans my place in one go and goes back to charge on its own. Do not recommend
Not worth it. Sure better options. Always needs help to find the charging base. Doesn’t clean that great either. The worst part is I bought two one for me one for my mom and we’re both disappointed.

This is a high quality robot vacuum and mop combo. It does a great job cleaning and saves me so much time!! It was very easy to set up and program. The app is easy to use. It has strong suction and picks up everything, even all of the pet hair. (We have 2 dogs and 3 cats.) I am very impressed with this vacuum and mop combo. It doesn’t make a lot of noise, much quieter than a regular vacuum. I would recommend this to anyone looking to save time and keep their house clean.
