Very problematic !
If you still decide to buy it after reading this review it’s your problem. Works great until it stops letting you delete videos. It’s a common issue in the Roku Community Site. Wish I’d seen a review about it. Every submission to Roku support gets the same auto response. “Please send us a detailed issue including blah blah blah “ ! Acting as though they’ve never been contacted about it !They know it’s a problem but won’t or can’t fix it. Some people are saying it’s a way to get you to sign up for a prescription. Bunch of BS ! Apparently removing the app and reinstalling it doesn’t make it work either. Don’t buy this. It’s also a coincidence that I could delete them before my 30 day return period. Now I can’t and I’m sure it won’t store them indefinitely. It’ll be worthless at that point.FS

operation failed when opening event recording on roku doorbell camera So no videos for the service I pay for. Roku is the worst camera on the market. Do not buy.

BUYER BEWARE!!
Does not come with 90 day free subscription. They’ll send an email to click to sign up for it then you have 1 month or 1 year option nowhere does it state 3 months free/90 days. Then it will also constantly disconnect from the wifi and say to move the chime closer to the router even though it’s right next to it. Have to reset it daily. We have 4 roku cameras that stay connected to the wifi 24/7 and only have to reset on occasion. When reaching out to roku they only came with excuses and how too many devices may be running off of it and how it’s our wifi that’s the problem yet all these 1 star reviews say otherwise. Thankfully amazon gave me half of my money back only bc I didn’t feel like driving a hour to the ups store to send it back. Definitely DO NOT BUY!

Not worth the hassle
Terrible camera quality. Alerts are very delayed. Upload video on Roku TV is very delayed. Not worth the price nor the trouble I spent trying to get it to work. Will stay with Ring

Don’t wipe the lens… PERIOD
They should stop selling this video doorbell camera PERIOD!!!…. IF YOU WIPE THE LENS GENTLY WITH JUST A DAMP CLOTH….. ITS TOTALLY DESTROYED…… BLURRY MARK ON THE LENS…. I SENT ONE BACK AND GOT A REFUND….. AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED WITH MY SECOND ONE THAT I BOUGHT….. BUT I LET THE RETURN DATE EXPIIRE…. SO I’LL JUST TAKE A LOST…. PLUS I PAID $140 AT THE TIME….. THEY SHOULD SELL THEM FOR $9.99
