Great improvement.
Easy setup. At first I could not get the TV on and off and volume to work. But as soon as I turned off the Hands free voice feature I was able to set it up to work correctly. No more batteries to replace and the lighted keyboard is a big improvement. All functions work correctly.

I’ve been using this remote all day & into each night for some months now. I actually have 2 of these as one came with the newest Roku Ultra that I bought about a year ago. This is much better than the old Roku Battery Eating Remotes. It’s a great Remote at a great price.

I’d give 5 stars, but the remote I received is defective.
This is an awesome remote for anyone with a Roku box or TV. I bought one for my mother, and it works great, but the one I ordered for myself has significant internal issues and often fails to function. The best features are that it’s rechargeable and supports voice commands to locate the remote, turn the TV on and off, and change channels and apps.

Best Choice for a Roku Remote
I’ve had several Roku TVs and have tried all the different choices for replacement remotes. I liked this design best. I think it’s worth a few extra bucks. It’s the best quality and ease of pairing is great. The extra functionality of the voice activation and the ability to charge it with USB-C instead of replacing batteries are great features. If you live in an apartment and want to watch something loud the built-in headphone jack is awesome. You can plug in headphones and carry the remote around and not be tethered to your tv. Don’t suffer with the cheaper remotes. This design is worth it

Bought this because of the light up buttons
We have several Roku sticks in our house and recently bought the Roku Ultra that came with this remote. I liked it enough that I bought this remote separate so that we could use it with one of the existing Roku sticks we had in the guest bedroom. It didn’t seem feasible to spend money on another Ultra when we only have a 1080p TV in that room, and it is nice that the Roku stick is hidden behind the TV. Luckily this is compatible with most of the older Roku sticks, but you cannot buy a Roku stick bundled with this remote. If that option was available I would have spent a couple of extra dollars and upgraded the 5 year old Roku stick to something newer. With that being said, it was easy to set up, it has the same functionality but with light up capability and voice control without having to push the voice button, and it is rechargeable. I do wish they would have an option that bundles this remote with a Roku stick, though.

Excellent but not durable enough!
This remote was excellent, always works well, fast, and I love the rechargeable feature. I just don’t like why they are not durable enough. I had one before this one but it just died after a drop, just that. And this one sometimes just freezes and doesn’t work, even completely charged. Just would like to get a better quality with inside
