Good value for the money
Loved the LONG electric cord. I flew to Michigan from Seattle with this item to attend a formal wedding so I have only used it once so far. The others in my group had dinky steamers. I had a big ballgown to steam. This size of steamer made it easier. The material was polyester taffeta so it took several passes to get the creases out. I was very pleased with the results. I did use the delicate setting. It might have gone faster if I had used the turbo setting but I didn’t want to take the chance of damaging the fabric. It does heat up fast and the steam quality is very good.

I like it, but it’s a bit heavy ! It’s a steamer and hopefully I can stop ironing, that’s my goal!

Ordered a cheaper steamer first and it was just ok but then someone recommended to me this brand. This steamer is fabulous. I can use it delicate items like my satin dress or on thicker items like my jeans or my husbands dress shirt. So much easier than lugging out the iron and board.

Keeps spitting out water while steaming garments, no longer works!
Worked well for a few months and I don’t use it very often (maybe 5 times!). But now, it is spitting water out about 1/3 through the tank of water. It is a small tank. Hard to get my garments steamed quickly with this happening. I have to then wait for them to dry before taking pictures. I sell online and I bought this for the purpose of steaming antique clothing for resale. Not happy.UPDATING 08/09/2025: Went to try to use it again today and now, it no longer even turns on! So disappointed, I bought a Rowenta thinking it was a good brand. But this has been a disaster.

Fast and Effective Steamer
This steamer works wonderfully! It heats up quickly and removes wrinkles fast, making it very convenient for everyday use. I was impressed with how smoothly it works and how little effort it takes.The only drawback is that I had to refill the water tank more often than I would like. Other than that, it’s a great product that delivers exactly what it promises.
