SALAV’s Performance Garment Steamer delivers 1500watts of steam with a 360° swivel hanger for easy multi-garment steaming. It features a dual-insulated hose, stainless-steel nozzle, and includes a fabric brush, pants press, mini ironing paddle, and 2 descaler packets for a complete steaming system.

What type of water should I use on my steamer?
We highly recommend using distilled water to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water (tap water).
What is the full height of the steamer?
The height of the steamer from the base to the top of the hanger with the pole fully extended is 63 inches.
Is it necessary to drain the water and reservoir after each use?
It’s best practice to drain the excess water from the tank and reservoir to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up. It also prevents water from spilling while in storage.
I just got my steamer and the steam hose is really stiff.
The hose is made with dual-insulated material to regulate temperature and once you start using your steamer, the hose will become softer.
How do I troubleshoot leaking issues?
Leaking usually happens when the water tank cap is not screwed properly to the water tank. This causes the tank to not sit on the steamer perfectly, causing water leak.

Perfect for wedding party!
I bought this for my daughter’s wedding, I used silk setting for dresses for the bride, 7 bridesmaids, MOB and MOG. It worked great! The large water reservoir saved time. It was sturdy for the round trip car rides and moving from hotel, Airbnb to bridal suite, and back home which I keep in my laundry for home steaming 😊. I highly recommend.

Excellent! Highly recommended it takes away the wrinkles in minutes.I recommend to get a glove because the steamer it’s hot and your hand gets too hot.

Works fine
This steamer is a bit more lightweight than what I had before. Wish the hanger was a bit larger and that there were clips at the bottom to hold the fabric in place. All in all , it’s a good product for the price.

Water spill do not recommend
Do not recommend. Have bought 2 of these and both have had the SAME issue, water comes out of the bottom and large spill on the floor even if its turned off.

Good for occasional steaming
I like that this is lightweight and was easy to assemble. I found the extension pole to be a bit unstable and not as sturdy as I like. It tips backwards and the wheels on mine do not turn when trying to roll it across the floor. I am disappointed, I do alterations and sewing and have gone through quite a few steamers. This would be good for the occasional need to steam clothing.

Time saver v. Ironing
Works well for winkle removal. Much easier the ironing. The attachment allows you add creases to shirt collars. It heats quickly. A good value. A real time saver verses ironing.

This is not balanced—the angle is all wrong with the big wheels, the sloping front. It tips over when you hang a garment. Hot water spilled out from the base which does not have a locking mechanism. In addition, it barely shoots out steam. Was taking so long to steam a small cropped shirt, I gave up. I want a refund. No purolator near me. Tried getting this return picked up but no such option. Totally disappointing experience.
