The camera doesn’t pan or tilt smoothly. What shall I do?
The camera includes an auto-calibration feature to improve pan and tilt movement.
To use it, open the app and go to: Settings → Image Settings → PTZ Calibration
This will help recalibrate the pan-tilt motor for smoother movement.
I am moving the camera to another place. How shall I do?
Please reset the camera and re-pair it after relocation. To reset, gently tilt the lens upward to locate the reset button.

It’s easy to set up and give access to other people using their email. Camera quality is outstanding and there no monthly premium!!! Security level is 10/10 and it detects humans and will save the event and alert you. Wifi setup was a breeze. Angles can go in all directions. You can also use it to listen and talk.

Simply a remarkable purchase.I am really impressed by this camera. It is everything I needed when I ordered it, and more. It has exceptional picture quality, is very responsive to both movement and sound within its range, it provides easily accessed video and audio recordings of events that occur in its range and it provides for camera to phone communication to boot. The automatic tracking of the camera is dead on with both pets and people that move around it and the app, once you get familiar with it, is pretty easy to use. I even like the look of the device, it easily blends within the house and doesn’t stand out. All in all, I don’t think I could be happier with it.

Working well! I bought this to keep an eye on mom during the night when I can’t be there. I can see and hear her, and I can talk to her as well. Night vision is good. You can scroll up, down, left, and right to get the view you want. I get alerts every time she gets up or a PA walks through her room. The recording is good. I can go back and look at videos of previous events of movement or watch it live. The app is very useful. It notifies you every time there is a human detected. There are no pets in the room, but I would assume that since it specifies humans that it would also detect animals and label animal detection. It gives me peace of mind. Happy with it. No subscription necessary, just download the free app. Set up is easy.

Great cameras and easy setup
These are doing their job! Easy to set up. I live in a senior independent living and have three diamond rings stolen in the four weeks I’ve been here. Too many have a master key, including contractors, delivery companies. Had new locks and these installed. One faces hall entrance and one faces my outside entrance. You can adjust to your liking. When someone enters, the camera follows that person. The picture quality is ok, but with the price, I expected that. It’s enough to identify someone. I highly recommend these.

Good Value for Home Security abd Pet Monitoring
Bought this to have basic home security and pet monitoring without paying for monthly subscription. Installation was relatively simple, one of the camera didnt work on SD card, customer service issued replacement after troubleshooting. Offer great alarm on human, pet, strange sound notification. Night vision works fine. No sound when turning camera around, maybe some when taking picture?

View:I had to install the camera upside down to have a bigger view however there are blind spots or literally black spots when you manually move it. If you install it upside down remember to reverse the view in the app settings. Sometimes it doesn’t even record anything or spin. Sometimes it seems to get stuck. I’m hoping resetting it works. You can only see one camera view at a time so you have to switch back and forth. 360 degrees is not accurate. It follows only half way then stops and goes back. I had to install a second camera next to it just to see the other side. You have to switch back and forth between each screen but many cameras require you to view multiple screens on a laptop.Memory:I don’t know why it says 64 GB but the app says 58 GB. It was so difficult to delete the files. The plus side is that you can have it save data to the card instead of on the cloud or pay for a subscription. It took me hours to figure out how to delete data on the SD card. Update the settings to SD only if you don’t want it to save to the cloud. I had to delete data 20 videos at a time.Night vision:Night vision sometimes doesn’t even record or work and it’s not in color at night but you can see the live video when away.Installation:Installation took some time but it did work. It uses a QR at the bottom of the camera.Calling: There was no way to call using the camera. I can speak from my phone to the camera and the other person can hear very well but two way calling didn’t work.The best part about this camera is that you can record and see data from the SD card but I didn’t pay for two cameras just to have to manually scroll left and right on my own just to see who is there or not.The camera doesn’t have ads like other cameras and live feeds are in color.In hindsight, I should have have just gotten a non moving camera or something like this because this one does not always follow you as well as I had hoped. I do like being able to move the cameras remotely.When it works the video quality is very good. My major concern is that is does not follow the person. Used as a non-moving camera it’s quite good so that’s why it’s so difficult to score.It saves data on the SD card which is included is a very nice added plus. No subscription required which is very true and convenient. No ads!If everything worked I would have given 5 stars. Some features didn’t work but the free SD card and not needing a subscription is a big plus. And the quality of the live videos when viewing from your phone is very nice.Recordings:It only records about a 33 seconds worth each time but it allows very fast uploads which is a plus. You can have it record all day or only when it sees anyone move around but each time each about 33 seconds worth. The playback is loud and clear.

Security camera indoors
I needed a camera to be able to safely go out and know what is going on. Before I got this, I came home to find my 96 year old mother on the floor. I don’t know how long she was there. I still need to go to the store but I now feel so much better. It tells me if she’s just walking or if I need to rush home. What a great relief.Another thing I like is that you can put it on privacy mode when I’m back. That is a super great feature and easy. I don’t find a lag on the camera probably because I’m on 5G when I am remote. I did notice a lag when I was in the mountains of NH but my sister in law was there. I was able to easily share the camera with her. That was again a great feature. I just sent her an invite to her email and then she downloaded the app and I showed her quickly how to use it and she was up and running in minutes.I am using this one in the kitchen but I’m getting another one for her sitting room because she had also fallen in there once as well.The price is extremely reasonable for peace of mind. Great product, great price, easy to use. This gets an A+ in my book.
