How do I use the self-cleaning function?
Simply press and hold both ‘BREW’ buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
Why are the buttons not responding when I press them?
Whether the lights are flashing, if yes, the lid isn’t securely closed.
If no, ensure your hands are dry and you only need to lightly touch the buttons, no need to press hard.
Why does the machine make a noise during operation?
The coffee maker may produce some noise, particularly when heating water.
Why is there water inside the package when I receive it?
Each machine will be factory tested. Caused by water flowing out of the pipe during transportation.

Great little brewer!
Larger 14oz brew capacity, pods that were problematic in other brewers work fine in this brewer. Easy to use, small foot print, good brew time. If I had one critique, a bold brew-strength option would be a nice addition. Recommend.

Decent little coffee maker.
This is a decent coffee maker for the price. It’s a little noisy and takes a little longer than most but pretty convenient.

Perfect for me
It is perfect for me. Great size, not to big. Perfect for an apartment or small kitchen. You can brew about 2 or 3 cups depending the size of the cup. The water isn’t sitting in the tank for days. I suggest spring water. I use my refrigerator that has a filter on it, and both work fine. There is no water in the unit.

I wanted a different single serve coffee maker that would fit into a small space and more importantly made a good cup of coffee. I am very pleased with the k cup feature since I can purchase the brand I like. I haven’t used the other options, I would hope they would be just as easy to use. Overall pleased

Single serve coffee maker
Don’t waste time ordering this coffee maker. 1. It was very loud 2. Never made the same ounces (8 ounces may one time be 2 ounces brewed or 12 ounces brewed) 3. It had no easy way to clean if pod malfunctioned and grounds were under pod holder.

Pod Coffee Brewer
This coffee maker works well. It includes several reusable coffee/tea inserts. I didn’t notice the measurement for the travel mug height and none of my travel mugs will fit in it. My fault, not theirs as it is stated in the description. I have it as a backup for when the one that I am currently using quits working. It allows you to make coffee in the amount you want. It doesn’t take up very much space on the countertop.
