LOVELY AND DURABLE
Got it as a kitty memorial for a friend that lost his bestfriend to cat cancer. He loved it, quality is great. Still has it to this day and the images are clear. Great value for the cost. Nice material that isn’t too slippery since he is a gamer and is able to use it perfectly at a nice speed. Design fits and the size is perfect for a computer desk.

First one was great. I’m disappointed with the 2nd one.
The first mouse pad i ordered look great. The colors on it were bright and colorful. The second one was too dark. You can barely see half of the print I put on it. The colors are dull and looked washed out. The second one wasn’t that great so I took off a star. It was too expensive too look washed out like that. I’m disappointed. It was a Christmas gift.

Custom mousepad experience breakdown
1. Customized Image – The image I used was newly created by the size provided (32″x15.75″) which I then pasted my various images to create a collage. It fit exactly in the provided custom image window. There is slight cropping towards all edges of the image on the mousepad (~1/4″) and others reviews note this may happen so make sure to plan for this.2. Image quality – The image is bright and looks great! The images are all screenshots and not high resolution photo quality so I was impressed they had decent detail. The only issue I noticed was a fine line down the middle of the pad most likely caused in shipping.3. Shipping – It was true to the description and shipped in 12 hours! It is sent in a poly envelope folded in half with no other protection. See above for potential issue.4. Mat quality – Mat feels solid and provides diagonal grip to help from moving around. There is no finished edge which is not a huge concern to me but could impact lifetime if the edge is hit. It initially had a rubber smell, but it wasn’t chemical. I’m airing it out and expect the scent to dissipate as described. This is a gift for my daughter so I won’t be able to rate performance for a while.Overall a great looking item with decent cost value that I would recommend and buy again.

Absolutely better than expected! Make sure your photo is good quality. Got this as a gift for 2 people and will have to snag one for my office eventually!!! Great gift for the person in your life that is hard to buy for or already has everything lol. The color is so rich also!!! The color is rich the keyboard pad and rest is smooth and there is no flaws!!!! big size great gift for anyone with an office computer

Nicely made, poorly packaged (folded)
The photo quality imprinted on the pad is pretty good. I used a high resolution photo that I took myself and it looks very well imprinted (not extremely detailed but then again, its price is not that high to be expecting a 4K print on a mouse pad). The reason why I’m rating just 3 stars and not 5, it is because the pad itself was very poorly packaged, it was folded instead of rolled and now I have a very nice desk pad with a fold in the middle, which looks very awful.
