Top of the Line in Security
I updated to the SS3 in 2018 and have been using these sensors every since. I easily get 5 – 7 years out of these sensors. They are very easy to set up and pair with your base station. Depending on your security settings, the sensors will notify the base station when a door is open (with the alarm off) and a tone will let you know if door has been opened and of course if the alarm is set, you will get an audible alarm from your security system.If by chance, you do have an issue with the sensor, just call SimpliSafe and they will replace it.Highly Recommend

These work very well, but I wish there was a black option.
These door sensors were very easy to install and have worked well with my SimpliSafe system. I don’t have any connectivity issues and the batteries have lasted a few months now. Additionally, the sensor is loud enough to hear through the house, but not so loud it will wake anyone up.However, I really wish they had a black version. I have some black doors, so I had to paint over them, which doesn’t make them look as professional. This is also a hassle to do for every black door you have, as you have to tape the sensors off, wait for them to dry, and hope you didn’t mess up or smudge some of the paint. For this reason, I am giving them a 4-star. This goes for all SimpliSafe security products—please add a black version of every security product!Other than that, I recommend these to anyone who needs a solid door sensor.

This is a straight forward purchase of simpli safe entry sensors.Buying in a bundle pack helped me to save money for sure. I have a 3k sqft house with a ton of windows and wasn’t looking forward to the pricetag for securing all of them but buying them in a bundle pack has saved me some solid $$$!These work great and arrived quickly. Pair super fast just like the rest of my Simpli Safe devices.
