A truly “comfy” footrest that is just right
The best way to describe this footrest is “comfy.” The foam is somehow both firm enough to feel substantial, yet soft enough to feel inviting and gentle. My feet sink into the foam just slightly, enough to soak up the heat and feel the gentle vibrations.I understand that this sort of massager is designed for under one’s desk at work. Since I wear lace-up shoes, it isn’t practical for me to take them off multiple times throughout the day. I’m always getting up from my desk and walking around. So I have been using this footrest at the recliner at day’s end. I have another more serious foot massager (also a Snailax) and I love using that for more intense and focused massaging when my feet are really worn out. This footrest is gentler. It has a lovely amount of heat that doesn’t roast my toes, instead warming them slowly and thoroughly. And the massage function really helps the heat relax my feet. It slowly and rather gently warms away fatigue and pain.I was initially surprised at the design, as the optional riser that lifts the footrest up higher (should you wish it to be higher) is also made of foam. But in usage it works just as designed and maintains its lightweight form factor while also having enough grip to keep from moving around on the luxury vinyl tile in my sitting room.Though I don’t always feel the need for a more aggressive massage (like I get from my foot massager), when I return home I look forward to kicking off my shoes and resting my feet on this very comfy footrest that welcomes me back and tells me to rest a bit.

Treat for your Feet
At a mere 5 foot tall, I needed a foot boost at my work desk. I use it every day and loved it so much that I bought one for the man of the house, who uses his on the daily aswell. It will keep your feet elevated and even warm in the winter. If circulation is an issue. it provides an option to assist with that as well. I am not a spender and found this item well worth the time, money, and definitely worth the comfort. We would highly recommend!

Handy office foot stool with heat and vibration
Great quality foot rest for the home office. Fits neatly underneath the desk. Vibration with low heat makes for a comfortable working environment. Easily tap the controls with my toe to change heat and vibration. Ordered this lightweight foot rest with 2 day delivery. A must have for the ‘at home’ office workers. Quite warming and comfortable sensations on cool days in the office. I use it daily. Convenient velcro keeps the 2 halves together and the non-slip bottom works perfectly on luxury vinyl flooring.

Works ok. Short cord, heat smells, loud motor.
The foot massager doesn’t have a constant massage setting. They are more wave patterns. Guess it’ll keep your feet from going numb. There are 3 patterns and 3 intensities. The high setting is intense and the low setting is mild. It is significantly loud when running. The heater makes a bit of a smell. Warm foam/melting plastic? Not sure if it’ll go away over time but it’s a bit obnoxious. The opening is a bit too big for my smaller feet (US W 7). It lets a lot of the heat out/let’s a bit of cold air in. This is mostly what I got it for to keep my feet warm and on the floor while working. It does an ok job. I think it only stays on for about 30 minutes before I have to click the remote again. The remote cord is only 2 ft long which means it can’t sit on my chair so I have to bend down to reach it and turn it on again.

Seems very reliable with some modern conveniences
9/30/25 Edit: Experiencing heating issues where it doesn’t heat up consistently. Submitted technical support ticket to Snailax itself. Seems like might be fire hazard if continuing to try & use the inconsistent heat option. Massager still works like a charm. Even without those 2 features, the footrest itself gives you that “tingly cool feeling running down your spine” & I love it.Prior to 9/30/25 review:This was after having used for several hours working from home:Heats up pretty quick, has a high & low temp settings that run 1 hr at a time. The massager is interesting, has 3 different massager settings. Varying in intensity / pattern. Each set to a 15 min cycle. I found 3 to be the best, as its the most constant pattern wise. (Think like long/skate boarding vibration)Not very noisy by itself tho I do live in apt. So may selectively use it pending on time of day.Super light weight (1.4 lb), feels like its weightless tbh. the fabric is very soft, non slip & washable via wet wipe.In general its ergonomic, almost an instant relief just resting your feet on it. height is somewhat adjustable.(1-2 inch detachable Velcro base). Will do some more testing tho this just initially in first like 15 min of use.All in all, for $47 it’s not bad. Something that seems very reliable with some modern conveniences in terms of functional services, maintenance (cleaning) & instant relief / supports proper posture.(used a gift card from work to buy & honestly don’t regret it. Will update review after more long term use)

Don’t buy, does not even last a year with very lite use
I only ever try to leave positive reviews, but this foot rest was really disappointing. It’s comfy, I’ll give it that. I purchased it in November 2024 and now, almost a whole year later, in November 2025, it no longer heats up. It stopped working some time ago, but I don’t remember exactly when. I barely ever used it, maybe like once or twice every other week for about an hour each time. So disappointing, I am still within the one year warranty period, but am unsure if I will be able to get it replaced. Stay away from this product. I’d suggest buying something that will cost more but hopefully last longer than this.

It works absolutely wonderfully. It’s the perfect choice for warming your feet under your desk in the winter. It’s lightweight and very easy to use. While it may feel tingly while massaging, it’s also very relaxing.

The foot rest is very comfortable, with a soft faux leather type material and a soft fluffy fabric that is removable that could be used to keep your feet warm. This foot rest is also adjustable at 2 heights, where there is a removable cushion part of the foot rest that you could use to find the suitable height for your needs. The warming and massaging feature is also a great addition. However, at first use I noticed an issue with the heating function, where the heating function seems to come on and off. I was unsure whether this was normal, so I contacted Snailax directly and they were very prompt at providing a suitable solution to the problem.

Well what can I say. I’ve struggled for years whilst working from home to get comfortable with my legs and feet. Suffering aching legs and feet every night. My DSE recommended a soft foot rest. After having cold feet over the winter I was looking for a heated one. I was excited when I also found this that had a vibration massage too. I was going to buy something separate but thought I’d try this all in one.I was pleasantly surprised on setting it up. It’s so comfortable and just soft enough to allow my feet to position exactly how they lie which is important. The heat function works a treat and as it has a soft overlay cover it doesn’t get too hot to touch, so looking forward to using that in the winter. I have tested the vibration function. It can be a little noisy but I expected that as it is vibration. It doesn’t actually bother me when working as I find it a little therapeutic and aids concentration. I normally listen to brown noise but this does whilst the vibration is on. I’ve had a good go with vibration on my feet whilst working. As my calf’s ache and twitch during the evening I’ve done a session with resting my calf’s on it and it’s made a massive difference as my legs haven’t ached as much tonight and the twitching not as bad. I’m hoping that with daily use this will improve more. But as it stands I’m extremely happy with the results already. If you work at a desk for long spells I definitely recommend this. If you suffer restless legs or symptoms similar this will seriously help ease them.

This is a good footrest to use at home but for me it could no way be used in a formal office environment. The height is great without me needing to readjust but you can if you need it higher. Its super soft on the feet and feels lovely but if you were in an office environment you would not be able to have your shoes off to enjoy this or enjoy the heat. The heat is easy to use with the button on the side with two options. I would prefer being able to have a remote so I don’t have to keep going on the floor to turn on.The vibration is a good idea but again this cannot be used in an office environment as it is just too loud. It vibrates through the floor and makes such a racket that I would not be able to use whilst on the phone at home.

Purchased for my son who spends a fair bit of time at his gaming PC. He loves the vibration function. He suffers from Raynaud’s so the added heat setting is bliss. As a spectator, the rumble from the vibration is pretty loud and irritating for my tinnitus though so something to bear in mind. He likes the added ‘cushion’ on the bottom which can be detached for height adjustment and he likes the fact there are different vibration settings/sequences.
