Defective item received.
Refurbished? Not tested. Item would not calibrate or pass initialization phase. Crashed or shut down after eye tracking tests. Not pleased. Chintzy bubble wrap. Again…. I’ve had tons of good experience worth refurbished items. This one is an absolute no.

All items and the device received in great looking condition except for which was expected, the original box was a bit beaten, but no complaints there.Initial opereation or the VR joysticks was a bit unnerving because all buttons worked but some buttons wouldnt work with certain games. Found the easy fix was to unpair them reset them with a small pin and repair them with the PS5. After which everything worked better and as expected.One other small thing which was quickly fixed with a microfiber lens cloth was the lenses were obviously touched by hands somewhere along the line and had smears of fingerprint or something oily on them. Wiped away fairly easy and no other issues found.Looking for the best game to go with the VR2? Check out No Mans Sky its literally mindblowing on tv but even better in VR.

Does not work and no reply from seller
The controllers buttons do not work. The motion sensor in the controllers do. When starting a game it says connect be headset. When I have it on. Very disappointing experience. Even more so that I can’t get a message back from the seller. I ended up returning this item to Amazon since the seller never contacted me and bought a new one.

El botón L3 del control VR2 sense vino defectuoso y tuve q devolver todo el equipo el 2do día de uso. La realidad es que creo que estos controles son muy delicados, o tal vez están mal diseñados… que mal por Sony que no considero mejores materiales para este control. El reembolso de mi dinero ha sido extremadamente lento por parte de la tienda de Amazon. Actualización: 15 días esperando mi reembolso y nada que Amazon me devuelve mi dinero.
