Better then new
Received the order quite fast.The drive was in a sealed box with anti temper sticker.in the box there was a firm foam to protect the drive and a 5yr warranty card from goharddrive which i appreciate (we will see in the future if required how the warranty stand out in terms of service)Drive itself have “factory re-certified” written, which assures it will work as new.Will update review when will use the drive for a month or so.

Garbage
Reformatted drive dumped data from my solid state drives full of photo’s onto it. Cleaned out SSD’s for an upcoming drive and then this drive crashed. On it’s second boot it is no longer readable from my laptop waste of time and potentially data that I will likely have to pay to try to recover now.

It works well and is reliable.
Same tried and tested tech we have been using for years, but in a much larger size. It works. Nothing too glamorous about storage. However, nothing to see here, is a really good thing. Nobody wants excitement when it comes to safeguarding important data.

Shuts down during large file transfers
Had to return the drive as it would shut off during file transfers. Other drives in the same setup did not experience the issue.
