Our Story
The philosophy of clothing care isn’t something new. Two generations ago everybody knew how to take care of their clothes, but since then the tradition has been forgotten. We wanted to bring it back, but with a modern solution. That’s why our founders Frej, Petra and Martin started Steamery in 2014.
Our Background
The lifetime of a garment today is unnecessarily short. The norm is that you buy a sweater, wash it way too often and throw it out way too early. We believe in changing that behavior. The way we treat our clothes today is simply not possible in the long run.

Worked a couple of times, then the heating mechanism gave out and now the plate doesn’t heat up and steam doesn’t come out anymore

This is the best steamer I’ve ever seen
I found one of these steamers in the closet of a hotel I was staying in while on a business trip to las vegas recently. No iron, no ironing board, just this steamer. I was going to complain to the front desk and ask for an iron and then decided to try it. It blew me away. It heated up super quickly and literally made my suit and four shirts look like they were brand new. I ordered one or my home and I have to say. it’s not cheap, but its worth it if you have dress shirts, suits and daughters that require ironing. highly recommend this item

BEST STEAMER EVERRRR!
Discovered this during our stay at the Fontainebleau in Vegas recently and knew I had to have one. Ordered on Amazon as soon as I got home! I had a very inexpensive one already but it doesn’t compare to this one. I’m not sure how or why but it works so much better- it’s so much faster to steam a garment with the Steamery- I no longer have to change my mind about what to wear based on something needing to be steamed. It heats up quickly and has a very nice storage bag. Even though it adds weight to my luggage- I’m traveling with it. It’s amazing.

Good product. Only down side is how small the water tank is. Only enough for one garment. Look elegant however the colors are a bit off. A little heavy. Overall a little overpriced but very good quality.

The BEST steamer I’ve ever owned!
This is by far the BEST steamer I have ever owned! I recently traveled to Switzerland and my hotel had one in my room. I ended up steaming my entire wardrobe because it was that enjoyable. Yes, steaming my clothes was enjoyable. It was so satisfying watching the wrinkles disappear and having a fresh garment to wear. As soon as I returned to the states, I placed my order. You won’t regret this purchase.

Die Standbasis ist praktisch, Auto-Off nach 30 min gibt Sicherheit. Mit 90 ml Tank reicht es für ein Outfit; für mehrere Teile muss man nachfüllen. Sehr leicht (650 g) und reisefreundlich, Verarbeitung hochwertig, Design edel. Minuspunkt: hoher Preis und keine ganz „bügeleisen-glatte“ Kante bei dicken Stoffen. Insgesamt ein komfortabler Premium-Faltenentferner für schnelle, schonende Pflege.
