Solid Vac and great upgrade to the S10
I have been using the S10 for about a year now and have loved having the ability to fill and drain the clean and dirty water it uses from the water station. This new S20 is a solid upgrade from the S10 and improves upon everything. From having the integrated water station, I can get going with mopping immediately and put this in an area/floor that had no water access before. Setup was super easy and I was paired with the app and my wifi within a few minutes. After a quicl firmware update I was cleaning right away! The AI camera coupled with the lidar on top of the robot is VERY prescecise at getting around my home and the mape it created within a few minutes of mapping was so accurate it was scary! One thing that was noticeable is how the suction power is increased from the S10. It is seriously impressive yet still not loud at all. Little touches like a holder for the cleaning solution inside the vacuum home base along with a starter bottle of the solution is something I was surprised about, very neat to add that. Another thing that is really nice in this S20 is that the roller will lift and shut off when vacuuming rugs and carpets. The AI camera picks up on what type of floor it is on and automatically adjusts. All in all I am happy with this upgrade and how well it cleans my floors and highly recommend this robot vacuum.

Hands down the best one yet so far!
I’ve tried a few robot vacuums in the past, but the SwitchBot S20 blows them all out of the water. The 10,000Pa suction is no joke—it pulls up pet hair, dander, and even stubborn crumbs with ease. The anti-tangle brush really helps since I have pets, and the large 4L dust bag means I don’t have to constantly empty it (about 2–3 months of dirt storage!).The self-cleaning mop roller is a total game-changer. Instead of dragging dirty water around, it rinses itself in real time and even uses 50°C hot air drying after each session so the mop never smells. Floors come out sparkling clean every time.Setup was simple, and I love the smart integrations—it works smoothly with Alexa and Google, and I’m excited for the Matter support coming soon. The AI obstacle avoidance is also impressive—it easily navigates around cords, shoes, and random clutter without getting stuck.I haven’t added the optional water station yet, but the built-in clean and dirty water tanks already make life easier. Being able to refill and drain automatically would just make this thing fully hands-off.If you’re on the fence, just go for it. This is more than just a robot vacuum—it’s like having a housekeeper that never complains.

Bang for the buck
I got this to replace a much more expensive roller mop bot that was nothing but problems and it isn’t perfect but I am MUCH happier with it so far. The design makes maintenance and cleaning easier and when it is coupled with the water station that hooks to the plumbing, it’s pretty much completely hands off. It isn’t the best at getting dried dirt off tile but it’s great on hardwood. I do wish it had a wider roller or one that extends out because it doesn’t do great around the edges of my kitchen. Navigation is great and vacuuming/mopping is acceptable for maintaining a clean environment despite multiple kids and animals. Matter support out of the box is a huge bonus because it integrates perfectly with Apple Home.

cleaning performance
The cleaning performance is truly impressive! The suction power is strong, and it cleans both floors and carpets thoroughly, leaving no dust or hair behind. I have pets at home, and it handles pet hair with ease without getting tangled. The mopping function is also very practical, with well-controlled water usage that keeps the floor clean without making it slippery.

They’ve got a long way to go
This just kept getting clogged and required constant cleaning. There were places you couldn’t clean and they became slimy and moldy. Mop never dried. Constantly would find it dead in random places. Would not empty.After a month of trying to reach customer service multiple times I finally had to return through Amazon. Cute company. Crappy product and customer service.

Quiet / Clean / Fill humidifier from Switchbot
New model has1. Roller mop which is the latest, that is a huge plus2. With water station it can auto refill water easily with some extra setup.I bought a K10 before, K10 is a small bit, this one is much bigger! Roughly same size as rock robot. K10 is not able to refill the humidifier from SwitchBot. So I long for this one.S20 is very steady, u can tell from the weight.And it can smartly to help refill the humidifier and no need to add water all time when u pair with water station.Definitely good pick to pair rest product from SwitchBotachieve two goals at once.

Dog hair is iffy
If you havea husky, german shepherd or any dog with longer hair that sheds constantly, be aware you will have to clean the brushes and on board dust bin regularly. Especially in the rooms your pet spends most of their time. Robot sometimes spits out hair that you have to pickup. Looks like a mini dreadlock. It does pick up a lot of hair. The dustbin emptying is not strong enough to empty out the hair. I only have one husky shepherd mix dog and I vaccuum the living area every 3 days and have to clean vac after one cleaning. I have 2 other cleaning zones that I do once a week. Vac seems to handle those areas well and I don’t have to clean it once it is done.

Amazing first robot vacuum
This is my first robot vacuum, and I waited a few days to really test it out. It has all the features I could ask for – vacuum & mop, vacuum only, or vacuum then mop, plus four levels of suction power. After cleaning, it even washes and dries the mop automatically. Aside from refilling the water tank, I barely need to lift a finger – exactly why I wanted a robot vacuum in the first place! I even stood in its way just to see what would happen, and it avoided me perfectly. love it！

J’utilise l’aspirateur switchbot S20 depuis plusieurs jours, je l’ai acheté en remplacement d’un appareil d’une autre marque plus ancien.Voilà ce que j’en ai ressenti : Installation très facile et rapide. A peine sorti du carton, deux ou trois scotchs de sécurité et de protection retirée.Branchement de la base au secteur, mise en place de l’aspirateur sur sa base, connexion à l’appli switchbot et en 1 min, il est parti pour cartographier la maison.Simple, clair et rapide. Des tutos très illustrés sont dispo sur l’application pour aider au besoin. On remplit ensuite le bac à eau propre, et c’est parti. L’appareil se déplace de façon intelligente et pragmatique. Pas de détour ou de repasse sur un endroit pour rien. Zone interdite, murs virtuels la personnalisation des zones est puissante. J’ai bien l’idée en plus d’ajouter des icones (tables, canapé, plantes, etc.…) permettant d’illustrer la carte et de la rendre encore plus lisible.Ajouter à cela la caméra avec IA qui détecte et identifie les obstacles pour permettre d’améliorer les passages suivants en évitant les câbles, chaussettes et autre. La détection est fiable et immédiate. L’aspiration est puissante et ne laisse pas de poussière ou saleté, sans pour autant être trop bruyant.Le mode silencieux est hyper discret, et peut tourner la nuit en tout discrétion.Le lavage grâce à la brosse rotative. J’aime bien l’application switch bot et il s’intègre bien aux autre système (par exemple j’ai la télécommande switchbot qui permet de le lancer grâce à elle).L’intégration avec mon google home fonctionne aussi super bien.Une fois le nettoyage terminé, il vidange le bac à poussières et nettoyé la brosse automatiquement, mettant l’eau sale dans le bac dédié. Plus de corvée systématique ou de brosse avec des mauvaises odeurs.Question batterie, il tient largement pour nettoyer mon rez-de-chaussée de 90m² sans besoin de recharger.Pratique C’est un appareil simple à utiliser et qui permet de simplicité d’utilisation et un quotidien propre automatiquement avec les programmations.Seul défaut, c’est la hauteur du capteur lidar qui ne passe pas sous tous les meubles.C’est un très bon produit que je recommande vivement.

Ich hatte in meiner alten Wohnung bereits das Vorgängermodell dieses Roboters im Einsatz (den K10+) und war mit dem immer sehr zufrieden. Nachdem ich nun deutlich mehr Grundfläche habe und gerne auch hin und wieder automatisch feucht wischen möchte, wurde es Zeit für einen Nachfolger. Den S20.Und ich muss sagen, das ist mehr als eine Evolution. Das ist eine wahre Revolution.Der S20 ist erst einmal deutlich größer als der K10+. Klar, das Argument des K10+ war immer, dass er durch die kompakte Größe besser in engen Bereich agieren kann. Da hatte auch durchaus seine Berechtigung, ich hab allerdings festgestellt, dass auch der S20 sehr wendig ist und die meisten Engstellen problemlos nimmt.FUNKTIONALITÄTDer S20 kann natürlich ganz klassisch saugen, das ganze Lidar und jetzt auch Kameragestützt in Verbindung mit künstlicher Intelligenz. Das hat einen riesigen Vorteil: Der S20 erkennt nicht mehr nur Objekte, die sich auf Höhe des Lidar-Sensors befinden, wie es bei den meisten Mitbewerbern der Fall ist, sondern er erkennt auch Objekt auf anderen Höhen und in unterschiedlichen Größen dank der Kameraunterstützung. Der Hersteller versichert, dass keine Kamerabilder das Zuhause verlassen (also reine Offline-Auswertung) und Netzwerk-Traffic-Aufzeichnungen bestätigen das. Der Roboter sendet so gut wie keinen Traffic nach draußen.Um auch im Dunkeln noch mit der Kamera arbeiten zu können, hat der Roboter sogar eine Beleuchtung (siehe Video). Das sieht richtig cool aus wenn er in der Dämmerung durchs Haus fährt :DSAUGLEISTUNGMit 10.000 Pa ist der S20 richtig stark. In Verbindung mit der rotierenden Bürste kommt er damit sogar mit Teppichböden sehr gut zurecht. Es gibt zwar andere Saugroboter, die mit mehr Saugleistung werben, jedoch muss man wissen: Im Normalbetrieb arbeiten die Roboter sowieso mit reduzierter Leistung. Die maximale Leistung wird nur kurzzeitig und nur auf Teppichböden eingesetzt, demnach ist die maximale Saugleistung für das Reinigungsergebnis wenig aussagekräftig. Auf Hartböden würde ich dem S20 9/10 Punkten bei der Reinigungsleistung geben, auf Teppichböden 7/10. Dass eine Handreinigung immer effektiver ist, ist klar. Aber für einen Saugroboter macht der S20 echt einen guten Job. Die Lautstärke ist absolut ok und liegt definitiv unter einem klassischen Handstaubsauger, sodass auch ein Einsatz während man zuhause ist nicht stört.Was die “Software” bzw. die Steuerung angeht, merkt man manchmal, dass die noch nicht komplett ausgereift ist. Ein Problem, welches ich festgestellt habe: Die Teppicherkennung erhöht auf Teppichen automatisch die Saugleistung. Wenn der Roboter den Teppich verlässt, wird die Saugleistung jedoch nicht einfach wieder reduziert, sondern komplett abgeschaltet und nach 2-3 Sekunden Bedenkzeit wieder hochgefahren. Dadurch hört der Roboter jedes mal beim Verlassen eines Teppiches kurz auf zu Saugen. Das ist natürlich nicht so schön. Ich hab die Teppicherkennung deshalb abgeschaltet. Damit ist das Problem gelöst und ich hoffe, dass bald ein Update des Herstellers folgt.WISCHLEISTUNGDurch die separaten Frisch- und Schmutzwassertanks in der Basisstation und den automatischen regelmäßigen Wasserwechsel des Roboters macht auch das feuchte Wischen richtig sinn! Man schmiert nicht mehr nur den Dreck von links nach rechts, sondern kann endlich vernünftig reinigen. Die ganze Aktion ist einfach und sauber. Die Tanks können bequem entnommen und befüllt bzw. entleert werden. Genau so soll das sein!APPDie App ist klar strukturiert und einfach zu bedienen. Hin und wieder macht sich mal ein kleiner Bug bemerkbar, allerdings nicht, was die Nutzung wesentlich beeinflusst oder stört. Es lassen sich die Karten und Grundrisse schön einsehen und bearbeiten, Updates für den Roboter installieren, Zeiten für die automatische Reinigung festlegen und vieles mehr. Hier mangelt es an nichts.FAZITDer S20 ist ein Saugroboter, der wirklich hilfreich und eine große Unterstützung ist. Hardwaretechnisch absolut ausgereift, Softwaretechnisch mit minimalsten Kinderkrankheiten, die aber hoffentlich bald behoben werden. Sowohl saugen als auch wischen macht mit diesem Gerät absolut Sinn. Ich will ihn nicht mehr missen. Dafür gibt’s volle 5 Sterne. Kaufempfehlung!

購入後約半年経ってのレビューです。初めてのロボット掃除機、一軒家に引っ越したためデビューしました。ほんとに最高です。QOL爆上げしてくれます。特にいい点・アレクサとの相性がよい・コンパクトでソファ下も入ってくれる・アプリが非常に直感的にできており、操作が容易。掃除して欲しく無いエリアを指定できるので、家電家具を壊されることがない・ゴミの自動吸引のおかげで、メンテナンスフリーに近い全く不満はないですが、強いて言えば小さいばっかりに障害物を乗り越えられず、よく引っかかっています笑仕事中にアプリ経由で「行き詰まってます！！」とお知らせが来るので「またか…しょうがないやつだな…」と思いながら帰ってきて元に戻すこともしばしば。ですがそれすら可愛いです。健気です。かわいい。もし壊れてもまたこちらを買います。

La potencia de succión de 10.000 Pa es una pasada, se nota en cada pasada cómo deja el suelo impecable, incluso con polvo fino y pelos de mascota. La navegación con inteligencia artificial es increíblemente precisa, nunca se atasca ni choca, parece que “piensa” por sí mismo.Venía de usar otro aspirador de otra marca que terminó averiándose, y sinceramente, después de probar este no hay comparación posible: el SwitchBot S20 juega en otra liga. Todo lo hace mejor, más rápido y más limpio. El sistema de suministro y vaciado automático de agua es un lujo total: conectado a la toma, se encarga él solo de rellenar y vaciar. Y que además lave y seque los paños de manera automática es un detalle que me ha dejado impresionado.La base de recarga es rapidísima, el sistema de alcantarillado es algo que muy pocos modelos ofrecen, y la integración con Matter y Apple Home fue tan sencilla que en minutos ya lo controlaba desde el móvil y con Siri.
