Simple Setup, Usefull APP, Happy customer
This is the first time that I tried a smart plug. I was holding off for the longest time but since we have travelling a lot, I find the necessity to start automating lights and appliances while away to simulate hoe occupancy. For a first time user this unit is a match made in heaven. I downloaded the Tenda Beli APP, plug in the device, follow the on screen instruction, voila…I can now control the outlet from anywhere in the world with internet access. I am well satisfied to say the least. Very affordable and good value for the benefits you get from it. Icould not comment on Echo or Alexa integration because I don’t have either. But for me, it is a great product by itself.

Super Reliable!
I’ve tried most of the smart plugs on the market and the Beli Smart plug is by far the most reliable. So far no resets have been necessary and has worked perfect even when I lost power to my home temporarily. Also I had no problem setting it up. I highly recommend. The Beli Smart Plug app and set up was super fast and easy. I think it took me under two minutes to get it fully up and running and connected to my Amazon Alexa. After a few week there has been no issue, its worked perfectly, and will be buying more!

You have to download the Tenda app. There’s no getting around that. Once the plug is synced and you have the steady blue light, you can take the plug, put it in whatever outlet you want…like it’s ready to go. I wanted the plug to control a floor lamp, and for Alexa to control IT. I needed to download the Alexa app too, which I’d had previously, but disabled because it conflicted with my car Bluetooth and gym app. So I re-downloaded the Alexa app, and followed the Alexa app instructions to tell it to communicate with the Tenda app/plug. Once the two apps were communicating, I told Alexa to make a command to run BOTH smart plugs and floor lamps: Alexa, turn on the lights. (I’d already had a smart plug/lamp setup from before, so I was basically adding a second plug/lamp setup.) So now when I say, “Alexa, turn on the lights,” she turns on both smart plugs which turns on both lights. When I got that working, I just went ahead and uninstalled the Tenda app and Alexa app again. Retested the lamp command (for both on and off) and bingo, both lamps come on and off with no issues. So it’s proof that you DON’T need the Tenda or Alexa app once you’ve got your plugs synced. I’d be sitting in the dark if this wasn’t true!

Great Smart switch
Ordered this switch so that I could set up Alexa to turn my homes outside lights on at dusk and off at dawn.Much cheaper and easier than adding a light sensor to the system.Easy to install, works great with Alexa. Blue light on the face doesn’t bother me as it is only on when the switch is on. Would definitely buy again.

It’s good but not that good when I shake it it has a rattling noise let me tell u the pros and cons- or + it turned the house power off completely for 1 secs we don’t if it was this or something else- rattling noise-when I plug in my usb wall charger it falls so easily on this thing+makes a blue light if the plug is on- when I look into the plug I see unstableThat’s all

If I could rate this product lower I would be finally happy
These are junk do not purchase. The app is bad, the device will not connect to your google home app using android and the physical quality is poor. Spend a dollar more and you will save yourself the experience of calling tech support and having to return the product to Amazon.I purchased a few of these and they are all bad. The latest failure was the mechanical switch stopped working in 3 days. I had to use iOS to install the devices into Google home and 1 smelled like it was overheating. Scary. DO NOT PURCHASE in my opinion these are not worth the problems.
