No, this garment steamer is not suitable for use during travel in Europe. It is designed to operate only under 120V voltage. Unless a transformer is used to convert the voltage to 110-120V, the steamer cannot be used with a power adapter.

Love this
This works well than a bigger steamer that we have at home. I actually ended up buying two of these because my son travels a lot for business and he is not the best at using an iron. I think I’m gonna grab a couple more to use as gifts.

This is a great steamer and iron. Great size and weight but it only works with 110v so not the product for your euro trip

Worked well for my needs
I got this steamer to get the wrinkles out of my bed skirt / dust ruffle. My dust ruffle is made from a double layer of a thin, gauzy kind of material that is a supreme pain to iron. Ironing bed skirts of any kind is a huge pain but a double layered one is beyond painful. When I pulled the bed skirt out of storage to use with my spring / summer bedspread (I swap out my bedding with the seasons) it was extremely wrinkled, but I was not about to haul out the ironing board and spend an hour trying to press it. I used this steamer and it worked really well at relaxing the wrinkles and making it look nice. I did have to use an extension cord to be able to reach all around the bed but that was not a big deal. This will not get the wrinkles out of my favorite linen dress but for what I needed it for was perfect.

Broke immediately
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Initially choosw for the size. But it broke immediately. Used it once. It did a very good job on the first item then the light went off. It still makes sounds like steam could come out but it no longer heats.

This is really cute. I’m returning bc I found a less expensive option. Didn’t get to use it, but it’s the perfect size.

Hot and steamy
This might be a compact model for travel, but this performa like a larger unit. It heats up very quickly and produces a good amount of steam. If you were doing a larger item like a dress, you might need to refill the resovoir with water as it puts out the steam. It really is amazing since this is a fairly light piece of equipment. The only down fall is that the head gets really hot and takes a good amount of time to cool down before packing it way, and you got to be careful not to burn yourself or the cabinet when you set it down after unplugging. Overall, I’m happy with this easy to use steamer.

Good portable steamer
So far this small steamer has been working for me. It’s convenient if you want something small and portable.If you want to steam something large it may take a little longer than a larger steamer due to the size and smaller water container, of course, but that’s the trade-off for a smaller steamer.If you are looking for something small and portable I think this is a solid option.

Great little steamer that works pretty well
This is a great lightweight, compact steamer, and it has allowed me to get rid of my other steamer that was supposedly lightweight and easy, however that thing leaked constantly.This one takes up much less room, it literally folds in half and my boyfriend can take it on tour if he needs to as he’s a professional musician.But I particularly like it because for myself I’m not a huge fan of having to iron or steam things and this makes it super easy.The only downside is that since it’s much smaller and not as heavy duty than you might have to put in a little extra effort for some stuff. But other than that, it’s fantastic and heats up really quickly.
