What type of water should I use on my steamer?
We highly recommend using distilled water to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water (tap water).
The steam is weak
The SX3 is a commercial garment steamer model with 1800 watts of powerful steam. Please make sure to connect it to an outlet by itself with no other appliances. Make sure that the outlet can support 1800 watts.
I just got my steamer and the steam hose is really stiff.
The hose is made with dual-insulated material to regulate temperature and once you start using your steamer, the hose will become softer.
The water leaks from the steamer.
Please make sure that the water tank cap is securely attached to the water tank. If it’s not attached correctly, the water will not drain properly and would leak.
How do I attach the steam hose to the steamer?
The hose has a double-lock system. First, insert the hose to the unit. Hold the hose from the base and twist it clockwise in 2 full cycles. Once the hose is locked in place, pull the hose up to make sure it’s tightly secured before using the steamer.

Love this steamer!
I don’t usually leave reviews but I really love this steamer! The matte black looks soooo good with my other appliances, like actually pretty enough to leave out in my room and not hide in the closet.I mostly use it for my work skirts and slacks and the steam is super strong, it gets the wrinkles out quick. I used to hate ironing but this makes it easy and way faster.One of my fav things is the steam settings, I love having the different options so that I can get through silk blouses and my thicker slacks, even jeans . Also, the auto shut off is such a lifesaver for me. I’m the kind of person who always forgets to unplug stuff (oops) so knowing it shuts off by itself gives me peace of mind.Honestly the color and the auto off feature was why I chose this one and I’m so glad I did. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something cute but also super functional.

Perfect gift for mom
I got this steamer for my mom for Mother’s Day and she’s been loving it. She’s always preferred steaming over ironing, so I wanted to find her something easy and safe to use. The auto shut off was a big reason I chose this one—my mom can be a little forgetful, so I liked that it turns off on its own if needed.She told me it beeps when the water runs out, which I didn’t realize when I bought it, but she really appreciates that feature too. She’s been using it for a few weeks now and keeps telling me how much she likes it. Definitely happy with this purchase.Quick side note and a note for the company. I loved the customer service. Just like my mother, she lost the part that lets you hang and steam pants. I called the customer service and was able to speak to a person! It was nice to actually talk to someone and not deal with back and forths. They were able to quickly ship my mom the extra part!

Solid steamer. Gets the job done
My wife uses this couple times a week to steam my kids and her clothes for Sunday Church.The steam is strong and it can steam several outfits on one tank without slowing down.My wife got me to start using it, and I prefer it over the iron.Having wheels is really cool. It makes moving from room to room extremely easy. My wife and I don’t have to lift it and hurt our backs.The hangers are very helpful. It’s stable and does not slide around due to a part that holds it in place.It seems sturdy and well made, has lots of useful features, and very easy to use.I don’t like to iron so this made my life a lot easier.

A wonderful machine. I’m very happy with it.
This is an awesome product. I have used it to clean my floors from gross stains, to sanitize various items, and to steam my clothes. I love that it has a clothes hanger attached, so that I can easily steam. (Sometimes it can be wobbly, so I’m careful adding clothes to it). It makes both my morning routine and clean up easier. I’m able to steam my work clothes from start of steam to finish of my run through within 5-10 minutes, so I’m quite happy :)I also love the water capacity is larger than many of the others I’ve seen.

Auto shut off steamer is a must after burning up my non auto shut off steamer
I don’t like the way the wand attaches to the holding rack and how the power lite stays on red even when it’s not on – it confused me – but I think the red is bc it auto shuts off
