The True & Tidy Commercial Full-Size Garment Steamer has an impressive 1800 watts of steam power suitable for both residential and commercial applications. The extra-large 2.9L water tank provides a generous 90 minutes of continuous steam.
Product Information 
What type of water should I use on my steamer?
We highly recommend using distilled water to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water (tap water).
Is it necessary to drain the water and reservoir after each use?
It’s best practice to drain the excess water from the tank and reservoir to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up. It also prevents water from spilling while in storage.
I just got my steamer and the steam hose is really stiff.
The hose is made with dual-insulated material to regulate temperature and once you start using your steamer, the hose will become softer.
Does it have auto shut-off?
It has an auto temperature regulation where it will stop producing more heat once the water runs out, but it will not turn off by itself.
How do I attach the steam hose to the steamer?
The hose has a double-lock system. First, insert the hose to the unit. Hold the hose from the base and twist it clockwise in 2 full cycles. Once the hose is locked in place, pull the hose up to make sure it’s tightly secured before using the steamer.

I love this thing. It does the job and quickly. The hose can sometimes crimp so be aware of that. I love that there are 3 settings. It was very quick to assemble. The bar is expandable for easier storage which is great. I really love the wheels on it. haven’t experienced water leaking but it does remove wrinkles very well. Be aware of the setting because your clothes might need to air dry after.My only complain are the clips for pants. They move around, I don’t love them.If you have a reason to steam a lot of clothes at one time I would definitely recommend this product.

Takes a lot longer than I expected to get wrinkles out. And not all the wrinkles are completely out. I found that I have to put it on setting three to get the wrinkles somewhat out of a cotton or cotton polyester blend item of clothing when you place the item on the hanger when you’re finish steaming the garment and you hang, the steamer back up, you can’t get the garment off with the steamer hung up. I have to place it on a plate that I lay on the floor to get the garment off the hanger and then hang the steamer wand up. It is easy to use. I just wish it worked better. I guess it depends on the items that you’re trying to steam.

This is the best garment steamer I’ve ever purchased, but I’m unsure how to clean it. Previous ones I’ve owned broke down due to excessive lime scale buildup inside, and I’m worried this one might have the same problem.
