What type of water should I use on my steamer?
We highly recommend using distilled water to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water (tap water).
The steam is weak
The SX3 is a commercial garment steamer model with 1800 watts of powerful steam. Please make sure to connect it to an outlet by itself with no other appliances. Make sure that the outlet can support 1800 watts.
I just got my steamer and the steam hose is really stiff.
The hose is made with dual-insulated material to regulate temperature and once you start using your steamer, the hose will become softer.
The water leaks from the steamer.
Please make sure that the water tank cap is securely attached to the water tank. If it’s not attached correctly, the water will not drain properly and would leak.
How do I attach the steam hose to the steamer?
The hose has a double-lock system. First, insert the hose to the unit. Hold the hose from the base and twist it clockwise in 2 full cycles. Once the hose is locked in place, pull the hose up to make sure it’s tightly secured before using the steamer.

Good steamer for home use
Good steamer, easy to use, the metal plate definitely makes a difference. Heats up quickly, holds a good amount of water. I work at a boutique and we had love a professional steamer and this one is ALMOST as good

Fast and steady steam!
This is great as it generates steam quickly, and it doesn’t need a break every two minutes. I batch my steaming and my old steamer would stop producing steam about every two mins where I would have to stop steaming. Not this one! It generates steam until it runs out of waterThe only suggestion I would have is to make the water canister flat at the top. If you are filling from a sink it’s not a big deal as you can use two hands. However, I use either distilled water or water from my refrigerator water filter. When I set it on the countertop it wants to tilt so I need to use one hand to steady it vertically to pour in the water. Otherwise it tilts and you spill water

Stream iron experience
The steamer is very bad because it doesn’t smooth out anything. It’s very inconvenient to use since you have to hold the fabric with your hands, and they get burned in the process. After steaming, the clothes remain wrinkled, so you still have to use an iron. In the end, I’m disappointed with the purchase.I was so disappointed that I even forgot to take photos and record a video. I was really looking forward to this steamer, but it didn’t meet my expectations.
