Decent sound
You will need to download their latest update/fix for better sound.Hooking them up was straight forward. Easy learning curve for setting up.Sound is alright but not super great.Lack of phone app reduces EQ fine tuning like their other models. Other than that, Bluetooth pairing was easy, remote speakers and bass work well. Not bad for someone who doesn’t have a boat load of money to spend to obtain a better sound than just what the TV speakers produce.

Sub-par sub, no app support, surround effect is decent.
I ordered this model specifically because it had the larger sub. The surround effect works well, simple installation, etc. The sub is terrible. Little to no bass regardless of eq setting or bass level. I’ve tried multiple angles and positions of placement. Thus model has no app support, so nothing can be done that way. It’s slighy better on the “music” setting when playing music, but still sub-par. Really no effect at all when watching movies, gun shots, thunder, whatever, all just come from the other speakers. You can barely tell there even is a sub.

Don’t waste your time or Money
If there were a way to rate lower I would. Not only did the system not connect. I called and tested and tried to chat to their “wonderful” customer service and I would get responses every 15 minutes are so that they would be with me. It never happened and before 24 hours were up I returned it and will never reccomend this company. Great sales pitch and marketing but poor customer service and even poorer system
