Q：Why is the subwoofer not working?
A：Please use DJ songs to test it. At this time, you can clearly feel the vibration of the subwoofer by touching it with your hand. Remember to adjust the EQ to EQ1 music mode to test it.
Q：It dose not work or no sound.
A：Please follow the Setup Tips or Manual to install it step by step, if this issue does not be fixed, please send email to us, we will help to deal with it without 24 hours.
Q：How do I use TV remote to control the soundbar?
A：The sound bar do not support third-party remote. For some TV, use AUX cable to connect the sound bar, and you can use the TV remote to control the volume.
Q：Can I use it with my headphones?
A：No, it is not compatible with headphones.
Q：Why does the sound still seem very low even when both the audio source and sound bar are turned up to maximum volume?
A：Please first check whether the sound source has volume protection set. You need to disable the volume protection function to reach the maximum volume.
Use Tips:
1, For Optical (SPDIF) connection, please change your TV audio output to optical or external speaker, change the audio format setting to PCM and make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.
2, Sound bars for TV does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable Dolby and DTS on your TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video apps.
3, The USB interface of the sound bar is only suitable for playing audio from the U disk and updating the firmware, cannot supply power to the sound bar. The AUX port cannot be used as a headphone jack.

Fantastic! My floor vibrates.
If you are looking for a great, economical sound bar with a subwoofer, this is your best bet. It was easy to hook up; the minute I put the optical plug into the TV it started playing. The sound is amazing. I have been playing YouTube music, and it is clear, all sounds are present. It gets very loud, so much so that my floors AND my sofa vibrate! I have a Vizio TV. The only issue is that you need to use the remote control for the bar, but I also have to check my TV settings. You will not be disappointed with this!

Good Quality for the price.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got a new TV and the speakers were terrible. I was looking for an inexpensive solution and quick a ship option (thank you Amazon Prime same day delivery). I had difficulty pairing the speakers to the TV. Speakers sound decent and makes watching TV more enjoyable. Sometimes watching a show, the sound is too quiet so i turn the volume up then a few minutes later it’s too loud. Also, the speakers are not compatible with the TV remote, so I need to use multiple remotes. Value for money:Its no professional surround sound system, but for the price paid it is worth the price.

Packs a punch for the price!
Wow! This setup packs a PUNCH for the price! We needed a sound system for our outside TV for a party we were hosting and this showed up next day! Fast and easy setup. Love the speaker ambient lighting in the back! Sub hits great for the price!

Good soundbar and subwoofer for the money
Wohome soundbar and subwoofer are fairly easy to connect and setup. Remote control works well, and you can adjust color and brightness of the backlight on the back of the soundbar. Volume is good, and Bluetooth connects easily. The only drawback is that it doesnt have much base, and the adjustments for the base only go from -3 to +3. Overall I like this system, and also use it to play music through from my phone.

Easy to connect and the LED lighting is fun but literally could not tell the difference between the TV alone and when switching to the sound bar. 3 EQ presets that do change the sound but never could get much bass or depth out of the speaker(s). I can see it working if your TV has very poor quality sound.
