I LOVE This Vacuum SO Much !!!
Amazing value for the price. Granted, this is my first Robo-vac, and I dont have anything to compare it to. But all I can say is WOW. This thing runs on its own and does an amazing job picking up dirt, dust, everything. I have 905% wood floor is my house, so I do not use the water/mop feature, but I’m guessing it’s amazing as well. Do yourself a favor .. don’t go and spend $500, $600 or $800 on some name-brand over-hyped, over-marketed brand. Get this one for 1/4 of the price and just enjoy it. You wont be disappointed.

The robot that can’t get out of its own way
This thing gets stuck every time I try to run it. I have to move everything out of the way (any chairs that could be mildly tricky, cords, etc) any time I use it and have to block off spaces it could get confused in. It’s more work than just sweeping by myself. I assumed it would be smarter than that. It takes 3+hours to do my living room, kitchen, and dining room, and I always have to save it. Not worth the money but I missed the return window. (It’s called the dream house vacuum because my daughter named it after the Barbie dream house.)

Underwhelming
For the price I paid for i, it’s fine. I expected more for the original price of around $600. It doesn’t map out the room like other vacuum, it loves to get stuck between chairs, it picks up dust but anything visible it has a hard time picking u. It also loves to leave the room if you leave the door open and it goes on an adventure that it can’t find its way back to the charging home and it keeps getting into fights with rugs that it loses every time. Mop feature is almost useless just spreads water around in the floor and gets the mop pad dirty. If you have a hardwood floor the mop feature would probably work better than my concrete basement I have it in and if your using it in big open areas it’s probably fine but in small rooms with any possible obstacles you have to babysit it.

I got this on sale for a great price. Very easy to put together, works great although my wi fi is not compatible only because it sucks in general where i live. Highly recommend it’s been very helpful I have 4 big dogs and i had to sweep every day now i can rest a little.

Good not terrific
Does what it should do. Quality wise looks good not flimsy or anything. Be careful with the button on and off of the mop part the clips break easily I feel. I don’t think this would replace a real cleaning but it helps maintain the floor. Vacuum is more sufficient than the mop. Mop doesn’t really clean a lot maybe just little stains or things. Overall it is good. Never had a vac mop robot so I can’t compare to others.

Not Worth Your Money
If you’re looking for a vacuum that will map out your home and automatically run without supervision, this is not it. They tell you that it doesn’t bump into objects, but it does, and it has gotten stuck many times until I corrected it. It doesn’t go in straight lines so as to cover my entire floor, it bumps around seemingly randomly unless you use the app to direct it. It does not sense when it is on a rug or carpet and will mop those surfaces as well. It would be faster, easier, and more thorough to just vacuum the floors myself. I was looking for a vacuum to run over the floors once a day to keep dust and pet hair at bay between weekly floor cleanings, and it doesn’t even work for that either. I wanted to return this vacuum, but missed my window by a day. This vacuum is not worth your money.

Not Easy to Navigate
This robot vacuum did not work for me. The machine kept running into my furniture, and thi gs placed on floor. The software to download I found too extensive and not easy to use.
