Great product and customer service!
We first bought this system a few years ago. Customer service was great to work with when I had questions about set up and when I had questions about transferring the system to the folks who bought our home. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive to questions. When we moved, we immediately bought another YoLink for our new home. Highly recommend!

Easy to setup but a little bit tricky to programming
Found Yolink products after searching alarm kit without subscription since I plan to use it on my apartment far away in Asia. The price is fair if you compare them with the products from Ring. The quality of Hubs and sensors look nice and quite easy to setup and bind them with Hub with Yolink App. But I found one issue regarding to the offline detection of motion sensors. The app still reported the motion sensors are still online for a long time even after they were offline (removed the batteries), The manual said the devices synchronized every 4 hours. In other word, you shall see them offline after at least 4 hours. Well, they did become offline the second day and I estimated that is more than 12 hours at least. I contacted the support of Yolink and got the reply that told me it took at least 4 hours and might need to reflash the status in the app. Well, replay was fast but not useful. The other minor issue is, it is a little but tricky to set up what you want if you need an automation of detection and actions. But that is fun for me since I worked as a software engineer before. I guess the hub has a simple interpreter running inside the hub that takes the scripts created by app to do all the magics. I went thru some videos to learn the basic and hope Yolink can have a complete manual for the whole concept. Overall the concept is interesting and the execution is fine but could be better.

Nice product
This is a highly customizable system and can be part of a complete home automation system. That is good for techies, but if you are just looking for a simple easy to use system, you may struggle. Luckily, customer support is very good, they immediately answered my call and tweaked my system to work like I wanted.
