    Nice doorbell camera
Super clear video and great package detectionThis doorbell camera has been awesome so far. The video quality is really sharp and I can see everything clearly even at night. The dual camera setup is a smart idea — one shows the person at the door and the other keeps an eye on packages.Setup took just a few minutes and the connection has been solid thanks to WiFi 6. I get quick alerts when someone shows up or a delivery is made. No monthly fees and it already comes with built-in storage which is a huge plus.If you’re looking for a reliable wired doorbell camera that just works, this is a great choice.

    Very Easy Set-up and Usability
Very easy to install and set up. The accompanying door chime is nice and works in another room, plugged into an outlet -no charging. No monthly fee, great quality color photos. Beats that other big name door camera/bell that makes you pay a monthly fee to have access to save photos when needed. Haven’t had it long enough to know how the battery life is. I mounted mine on door frame of front door as I have a brick house. I used some heavy duty double-sided tape to mount the mounting bracket and it is holding strong and fast.

    Very bad quality inspection
I usually don’t give any bad review, but this product made me upset. All features of this product was great and wanted me to buy. So I bought this product a month ago and I had really a hard time to connect with my wifi. I called customer service and they helped me trouble shoot. But the reset button doesn’t work. They told me to return, so I did and get another one. Unfortunately this one the back two screws of the main unit, I couldn’t even open. It got stuck with the plastic. I tried all different types of screw drivers and pliers, but it didn’t move a bit. My son also tried to help me unscrew but nothing works. Very poor quality inspection team. With this poor quality, I am pretty sure even if I able to open it the install, it might give me problem with other things. I am done with the product and going for a different one.

    Amazing!! Buy It!!
I used to think dual cameras were just a marketing trick, but after using this, I can’t see myself ever going back to a single-lens doorbell. One camera captures visitors at eye level, while the other covers the ground for packages or pets — eliminating blind spots completely. The 2K resolution delivers crystal-clear images with impressive detail, and the AI-powered detection ensures I only get notifications when there’s real activity. The two-way audio is also impressively clear, making conversations easy, and it integrates smoothly with Alexa. Installation was a breeze, and the modern, stylish design has already caught my neighbors’ attention — several have asked me which brand it is.

Works ok but there are 3 things I wish I knew before buying…
Im happy with the device except for 3 things. I wish I knew this information before I bought this device.1. Motion detection. Not the best for sure. It’s spotty unless a person is right in front of the camera.. Sometimes it catches them, sometimes it doesn’t. The whole point is motion detection and catching anything suspicious so I’m not very happy with that part of it. I’m hoping they will update this via software and send a better version out.2. Connectivity. I literally have my modem 10 feet away and there’s a lag. I have addressed this both through the technical side of the modem and the device. Nothing else lags as I have the fastest internet in the state, but this doorbell still lags. So when it comes to a live interaction, you may have to wait for your live screen to catch up. It’s annoying.3. The size of this device is much larger than others. My neighbor has a Ring device. It’s bulky and I don’t live that it sticks out like a sore thumb instead of giving an inconspicuous look blending in.I haven’t had another doorbell camera so I don’t know how it compares to others. The picture is good and I like the night vision in color which is the big reason I purchased it to begin with. Not sure it was worth the money compared to others. I think I’m going to buy a cheap one for the back door and see how it compares. I’ll update this when I do. Hope this helps.

    Dual cameras work great
Great doorbell cam with dual cameras easy to install. We installed a wired model and somebody pushes the doorbell. It will ring your cell phone through your home network. If you have more than one user it will ring both phones.

    No subscription video doorbell
Good video quality, chime is very simple. The only downside is no loop recording, but definitely not a dealbreaker. I had issues with the recording as well, but I think it’s partly because of a slow wifi. Anyway, it’s very good for its price.

    Amazing DoorBell Camera
I’m really impressed with the YOUKEY DB312 wireless doorbell. The setup was incredibly easy — it took just a few minutes to get everything up and running. The sound is loud and clear, with multiple chime options to choose from, which is a nice touch. The motion detection feature works well and gives me peace of mind, especially at night. I also like the sleek and modern design — it looks great by the door. The range is strong enough to cover my whole house without any issues. Overall, this doorbell offers great value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use wireless doorbell system

Very happy with this youkey dual-cam doorbell so far. The box includes everything you need – the doorbell, indoor chime, USB cable, wall mount and UK plug – and the instructions make it easy to set up. I installed it in our flat corridor and it only took a few minutes to get it working with the app.The 2K video is very clear, both in the main front view and the lower camera that shows parcels on the floor, which is exactly what I wanted. The wide angle covers the whole corridor and I can easily check who is at the door from my phone. The indoor chime is loud enough to hear in other rooms. Overall, a good quality, well-designed doorbell camera for the price.

The youkey battery doorbell camera turned out way better than I thought, It feels sturdy in the hand. Installing it was super easy, and the app is simple enough to use.The 2K video is really clear in day & night, and the second camera for packages is surprisingly helpful. I get alerts whenever something is dropped off. I don’t need to pay for monthly fee. Great option if you want something easy to use and good quality. Highly recommend for anyone.

Seems to be a decent product, the package camera a real bonus as it is processed seperately and in theory should reduce the risk of theft as so many drivers just dump & run these days. The setup has been no worse than any of my other security devices, although there are some quirks. The included chime has no instructions whatsoever, although it sort of worked straight out of the box. However it is pretty basic – only a few sounds, and all of them horribly distorted. Can’t imagine Hyacinth Bucket coping with it!The alerts seem to come through reasonably quickly, and the app connects well and shows everything I’d expect. However…What the heck is with the SEVEN second delay before recording starts? And the FOUR second delay for the bell to chime? I mean.. really?? This negates every clever aspect to the device. I have had Amazon come to the door, knock (oh, the irony!) and leave a parcel on my doormat and be walking away before there is footage of the act or the app notifies me. So, effectively someone could walk past my door and pick up a parcel and be out of view before the system kicks in. Brilliant.I am probably not the ideal customer for this as my front door is 3 feet from the pavement, it likely works best for those with front gardens so that the sensors have more chance of detecting a body approaching. That said, Ring seem to have got their systems to work for everyone, so I don’t understand why this is so utterly feeble. Maybe I’ve just been unlucky with a duff device? Unfortunately, none of the sychophantic Vine reviews seem to make any mention of real-world activity, just happily copy & pasting the promotional blurb – so who knows if their device is actually any use?Battery life seems acceptable, I have the detection settings maxed out and it has used 50% after a week with up to 60 second recording times, and I’m fine with that as it is triggered dozens of times a day. Downloading footage is a breeze at least. One oddity of the recordings is that there is what I can only describe as a “ghost” image that precedes the footage when viewing in the app – it appears to be a quick photo taken as the sensors are triggered and therefore seems to be over-exposed before the cameras can adjust. But the image is not accessible anywhere. Why? It is evidence (of sorts) that is taken several seconds before the recording starts. It feels like the developers had something useful in mind then gave up!My Verdict? A great opportunity, missed. Ultimately, in its current state I cannot trust it with my front-of-house security. I don’t like being beaten by tech stuff, but there are so few adjustments available there’s no fixing the issues I have with it. I’d be delighted to have someone suggest a fix. But reviews of similar devices suggest these are fixed limitations, for unknown reasons. Possibly the internal gubbins are generic and inherent to the design?I’ll give it another week before boxing it up for return, unless anyone can suggest a fix?
