Amazing vacuum, it does all that’s needed without all the mapping. While it’s not mapped it does get held up occasionally or repeat where it’s been but overall far better than having to personally vacuum. Just make sure you occasionally dump the bin it’s not huge but picka up a lot . The mop is okay nothing special but the vacuum itself is worth it!

Zippo x zippy, with issues.
I like it except for the water filters, which are very difficult to change and each time you change them you risk losing integrity of the seal. So sorry, one less star. I do like how it zips around. Also, I don’t like the app user interface so I don’t use it.Since writing my initial review days ago, the little seals that have to be removed to change water filters have begun to leak slightly, which means I can only attach the tank when it is empty and dry or when I am actually using the unit in its mop mode. It left a puddle on the floor when I was trying to redirect it with the controller while it was in straight zig zag mode. I was trying to keep it from zipping under the divan, which has a low clearance and where the unit got stuck two or three times. And it really moves fast so steering can be challenging. If I could adjust the stars I’d remove a half star to bring it to 3.5. The leak is disappointing. But still a good back up mop which is how I’m using it. Also, it appears the current retail price is close to $300 where it was on sale elsewhere for $80. I had a discount so got it at $137 ish plus tax and warranty in September 2024.

To be fair, I loved this vacuum in the beginning. It was really quiet and on the vacuum function it did a good job of picking up dirt and animal hair. I never did get a chance to try the mopping function, as about a month and a half after purchasing I could no longer get it to dock. I tried to get it to dock by the remote, and also by placing it on the dock manually with my hands. I tried all of the trouble shooting techniques, clean the connectors etc, but it still wouldn’t dock, therefore I couldn’t charge it. Contacted Amazon, and their customer service is amazing, and they issued a refund.

Somewhat disappointing
Sweeps great. Having trouble with the mopping part. Also, the instructions are not user friendly. Got a great deal but am regretting this purchase. My dust mop and Dust Buster do the trick.

This robot mop and vacuum combo has really saved me time. The suction is strong, and it picks up everything from dirt to pet hair. I especially love the smart mapping feature—it ensures that the vacuum cleans the entire home, and it’s great at avoiding obstacles. Works great for the price. Cleans the floors thoroughly. It does go over the same spots a few times while missing others but if you have it run for long enough it’ll clean the whole area. If it had mapping capabilities it would be OP.
