I slide one tray into the lower rails, metal meeting resistance, then touch the upper rack by feel until both settle into place. Food goes in without stacking, space holding shape even when the door closes. A finger taps the screen once, numbers shifting, then I step back as the fan starts and warm air moves inside with a steady sound. Partway through, I shift the trays, heat rolling out briefly before the door seals again. The interior walls stay bright enough to see through the glass as surfaces darken. One corner near the handle picks up grease marks sooner and needs a wipe earlier. I pull the trays out, edges warm through the mitt, set them down, then leave the oven quiet on the counter, racks cooling, light dimming as the kitchen settles.
