Excellent little machine
Excellent little dehumidifier!!!! Keeps our large unfinished basement dry. Runs well. Runs quiet. Have used it in the house and now in the basement. Upstairs, contained and would just empty the reservoir, in the basement it drains into the floor drain. Thumbs up both ways.

Exceptional Product
Ok, I waited to write this review to see how this thing functioned. We are living in a 5th-wheel trailer while we build a house. We live in the Pacific Northwest of Washington, on a peninsula, and we have 2 seasons here… august and rain. Our trailer was musty, damp, and cold. I purchased this hoping it would help, and it has been excellent. We have run it nonstop since November. We were emptying the holding tank 2x a day, but my husband piped it into the plumbing, so no more emptying.I am very impressed with the efficiency of this thing and had no idea how much moisture was in the air. Our walls no longer “sweat”. It is quiet and sounds like a box fan on low running. So it has the added bonus of being “white noise.” I love this small little dehumidifier. It sits on the built-in dresser in the bedroom and doesn’t take up a great deal of space—cudos to the manufacturer for making such a great product.

Works well for a small unit. Operates fairly quietly on high setting and even quieter on low. The design is pleasantly simple and nice enough for use in any room.The tank capacity could be larger to match the performance of this unit in high humidity environments (basement), but the ability to drain directly through a hose makes this not a real issue.

My living quarters are now more pleasant and healthier than they have ever been thanks to the contributions of this dependable and effective moisture fighter, the dehumidifier. This dehumidifier, unlike some of the smaller ones I’ve used in the past, successfully regulates the amount of humidity throughout my whole house. It works diligently to keep excess moisture away, preventing the formation of mould and mildew and ensuring the air feels crisp and fresh at all levels of the building, from the basement all the way up to the top floor. The water tank has a capacity of 0.528 gallons, which is sufficient for collecting substantial quantities of moisture. Additionally, the automatic drainage function works faultlessly whenever the water tank reaches its maximum capacity. Because of this function, I don’t have to worry about things as much, particularly when I’m gone for long stretches of time. In addition, I was able to set up continuous drainage for uninterrupted operation thanks to the drain line that was provided for me. This is a really considerate feature. The auto-defrost feature of this dehumidifier is just another feature that sets it apart from the competition. During the winter months, I noted that several other models had trouble with frost buildup, which contributed to a reduction in their overall effectiveness. However, the auto defrost function of this appliance enables maximum performance even in frigid temperatures, ensuring that moisture removal is maintained at a constant level throughout the whole year.

BUYER BEWARE!
Purchased last August from Amazon. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Product failed the week of June 9-12. Did not shut off as it is supposed to. Continued to run sending water on and underneath my solid, hardwood oak flooring. This has caused thousands of $$$ in damages. Product is within my 1 year warranty period. Contacted company via their email(only possible method) to resolve. Have received zero response from them in weeks. Not even an acknowledgment of my warranty issue. Contacted Amazon with no response either. This company does not stand behind their products. Buy at your own risk. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and possibly contacting an attorney for suit if I receive no response. Pictures below of damage…since they won’t look at them. Everyone else will see.

Amazing, quiet, must have!!!
We got this because we noticed a musty smell in our bedroom after this past winter. We had a ridiculous amount of rain and it was very humid for months on end.After getting this and setting it up, it worked like a charm. I don’t know the black magic this little machine contains, but it just pulls the water from the air. It has a tank that fills up, and can be dumped out. We started with humidity in the upper 70s and within a few hours, it was low 60s. It would take 3-4 hours of running before the tank filled up. It alerts you with a few beeps when it’s full.The noise level is not bad, at all. Less than having a fan going on low speed. I sleep with a sound machine and this has a nice little hum to sleep to.One of my concerns was removing the tank. It slides out the back and is open on top. I suppose if you were reckless you could spill, but it has not been a problem for me.There is an option to attach a hose to put into a drain but I have not tried it as I don’t have a drain in the middle of my bedroom.. maybe if someone used it in a basement, but I have no idea how basements work.It’s been in use for a few months at this point and I could not be happier. Money well spent.

Been using for just about a year now, works very good. Humidity gauge is accurate. Noise levels are low. Has a hose to direct plumb so you don’t have to worry about emptying the tank!

I bought this dehumidifier for my unfinished basement in April 2024. It has been running constantly since then with no issues (Aug 2025). I use the hose so it drains into the sump pump area. It is easy to use, very quiet, and very efficient. Well worth the price.
