Easy to use, makes the windows look new!
Bought an older house where the window screens had seen many years of dogs and kids. This roll was more than enough to redo every window with tons left over. Easy to work with, doesn’t slice your hands up like the metal screens do.

I’d buy it again.
Good stuff. It would be nice if they offered 50’ and 75’. 25 was too little. But not worth buying 2 of them.

8’ roll of screen is a great value for the money!
8’ (8 feet tall) roll of screen. So I built a pergola in my yard but wanted it more enclosed so it would be mosquito proof. I bought this roll of screen and literally went around 3 of the 4 sides with this screen, using black roof paper nails/screws (they have the big plastic head on them) to secure it to the 4×4 posts. Works perfectly! And an inexpensive fix to keep out the bugs 😊

Great product
I thought trying to screen in our deck would be a nightmare, but this screen worked great. We are in our middle and upper 60’s but we took our time and the screen cooperated. It isn’t flimsy and held the staples without tearing. The color, black, was consistent and there were no areas of concern. Wish we had done it years ago. No more annoying bugs!

Easy to work with
Easy to work with, but I have to wait a year to see if they are durable. I have sliding screen panels for my garage. I replaced them with white screen that would disintegrate in one year, any contact at all they would tear. This is not the company that made the white ones so I’m hoping for a good product and not junk.

This review evaluates the “36” x 100ft Replacement Window Screen” made by RHYMBAR.The product was shipped with no excessive or wasteful packaging. What’s in the bag: one (1) roll 36” x 100ft roll of black fiberglass window mesh screen. If you own a house, apartment, camper, or RV, odds are high that you have (or need to) fix a window screen at some point in your ownership. Usually, fiberglass window screening lasts about 10-12 years before the sunlight UV deteriorates them and makes them brittle, or you have kids/pets that poke holes in them quicker than that. Screen replacement is a fairly simple DIY project that almost any adult can easily do with basic tools and replacement screening. A quick search of the internet will provide you with many DIY videos on installation.First impressions: Good quality fiberglass screening that has standard mesh sizing and a nice, rich black colour. All you need is a sharp knife, some screen spline, and a spline roller tool. A good tool will have a very durable wood or plastic handle with metal spline wheels (one convex wheel and one concave wheel). They can be picked up at almost any hardware store for about $15-$20 and will last you, your child, and their child their lifetimes. I have a drawer full of them from my father, father-in-law, and neighbors who passed away and left me their stuff… seriously, a good tool will outlast you.Cost-effectiveness and value: Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. It is well-made and on par with the screen I have installed. At a current price of $75.80 ($0.25 per square foot), it is competitively priced compared to similar kits sold in big-box retailers; therefore, I feel it offers good value for the quality and functionality it delivers. In summary: the “36” x 100ft Replacement Window Screen” made by RHYMBAR is a well-made and cost-effective replacement kit for re-screening your windows. I would recommend this product.Pros 👍:✔ Mesh is made of good quality fiberglass with standard mesh size.✔ Decent amount and size of mesh screen – suitable for very large or tall windows.✔ Competitively priced and good value.Cons👎:✘ None!

As an Amazon Vine Program member, I recently tried the 36 in x 100 ft Fiberglass Window Screen Mesh, and it’s exactly what I needed for repairing and replacing worn or damaged screens around the house.First Impressions & Material QualityThis is a very large roll—plenty of material for multiple projects, which makes it great value. The mesh is made from heavy-duty fiberglass with excellent tensile strength, meaning it’s both strong and resistant to tearing. The material also feels thicker and more substantial compared to cheaper screens I’ve used in the past, yet remains flexible enough to handle easily.Ease of InstallationCutting the mesh to size was simple using regular scissors, and the wrinkle-resistant nature of the fiberglass made it easier to apply smoothly without creases or puckering. It’s also much easier to work with than aluminum mesh, since it won’t dent, crease, or unravel during handling.PerformanceOnce installed, the screen provides excellent insect protection—mosquitoes and flies stay out while fresh air and natural light come through. The black color offers good visibility and airflow, so it doesn’t feel like you’re looking through a barrier.DurabilityAccording to the product specs, the mesh is designed to withstand sun exposure and washing for up to five years, and the build quality makes me confident this screen will hold up well in outdoor conditions on windows, doors, and even porch enclosures.ConclusionThe 36 in x 100 ft Fiberglass Window Screen Mesh is high-quality, easy to install, and offers more than enough material for extensive home repairs. It’s a cost-effective and reliable way to refresh your screens and enjoy a pest-free, well-ventilated home.

This item is a roll of screening, measuring three feet wide by fifty feet long. The screen is black in color, and is made from fiberglass. As a reference I compared this screening to a roll bought at a local big box store. The first thing I noticed is this screen is truly black, rather than the gray from the local store. For windows for my home I prefer gray over black since it makes the window seem a bit brighter. If you can get gray I highly recommend it. But for my current project which is the eaves of a gazebo, the black color is fine. The second difference is the quality of the weave. If you look at the close-up picture, the top roll (this item) has very consistent grids, meaning that there are no places where the holes are bigger. This ensures that no insects can squeeze through the screen. The bottom roll is less consistent and there are small and large holes as a result. This speaks to the quality of production of this vendor’s product, which was a pleasant surprise. The consistent product will make it easy to install and I expect the quality of workmanship will contribute to the longevity of the screening in my gazebo.

The mesh screen is a good quality one. It’s a bit thinner than what I’m used to, but it is pliable and works just as well when replacing old windows and door screens. You also get a lot of the price, so it’s great. But just be aware that this product is only the mesh screen. All of the tools that you’d usually get when at a hardware store isn’t here. You don’t have any scissors, no splines, no roller, just a mesh screen. If you don’t already have these items, then the overall price might be a bit more expensive if you have to go to your local hardware store to pick these things up. However, if you already have these items and just need a screen, then this is a good choice.

Exactly as you would expect, 100% similar to the mesh at the big box stores for a little bit less and the fast Amazon delivery. Mesh was even, no odd spacing between the grid and no mesh coming apart or unglued. Cutting was like anything else I have used in the past as well.Just plain good mesh at a fair price, everything you would want.5-Stars
