Excellent shipping label printer
This is an excellent little printer. I ship out packages several times a week and this prints labels without any hassle. The print speed is fast and it is well designed and easy to use. The price is very reasonable. Overall a 5 star item that works as expected.

Super easy to use!
Ive wanted to get a thermal label printer for a while and eventually came across this one. Honestly when I got it I was shocked it didnt cost more, it was super easy to set up (plug it in and install the driver from an included flash drive). The really big thing about this printer is that it doesnt need any special formatting or filetypes. It prints my labels fine (dark enough to read/scan) but if I set my margins in Word to the size of the labels in this printer all I need to do is hit print and it prints right to the label.Ive done price tags, name labels, and so much more. Printer is still working good as new after two months of basically daily use.

Solid Label Performer, Especially for Multiple Labels
This label printer was for a home solution, an easier way to quickly print of shipping or return labels. I used it primarily for return labels like Amazon provides. It is very compact, (about 7”L X 3”W X 3.25” H) The label maker came well packed and with the needed power and connection cords. This one was a non-bluetooth version, so it requires a direct connection to a computer or (in our case) an Android phone. The set-up was slightly complicated, with a multipage setup guide that covered multiple different ways to set up. All dependent on what you use for connection. The instruction font seems small, especially when you get to drive install. (Maybe my eyesight is just getting poor) Take care not to toss the box too quickly because there is a small USB thumb drive that contains the device drivers and other setup information. (Preferences, label types etc…most is correctly installed by default during setup) Also, for those who use phones (Android) there is a small adapter to connect the USB cord to the device. Go slow, and the setup will work. I was successful in having the label printer identified and added as a printer option to both my laptop and phone. (You will need to add an additional app to your phone if you use your phone for label printing) Finally set up all and printed out a test print. It was cut off, but I think I had the blank label not positioned correctly. Pushed the top button and it reset the next label to the correct position. I printed off a label and it printed perfectly. It comes with several starter shipping labels to get you going. I had to tweak the labels slightly to make sure they were all centered and after several return labels it was easy. The only reason for not having 5 stars is particular to the type of returns we made. These were Amazon returns and I had to print the label AND then print the return sheet on a the regular printer. Sort of a two step for these. But if your deal is just labels this compact device will absolutely fit the bill.

Good basic printer
“Name brand” label printers are substantially more than this, but, there is no reason you need one of those unless you’re printing 100 labels a day. This printer can get the job done for much less! It prints labels quickly and accurately for me. It has good contrast with all of the labels I’ve put through it so far. I was able to connect it to my PC with USB and my label printing software had no issues printing from it immediately. I occasionally print smaller labels (2×3) and this printer has dealt with them fine as well. I am very happy with this printer and it definitely can get the job done and save some money compared to the big names.

Thermal label printer does not connect at all
This thermal label printer does not work at all. It does turn on, but that’s about it. I tried everything in the book. I watched all videos. I could find on the Internet and spent three hours trying to get this thermal printer to connect. I believe I received a defective printer. I am very familiar with these thermal printers as I’ve had other models. It says and I quote, “ Supports USB, giving you flexible connection options.Print seamlessly from your PC, tablet, or smartphone – no cables required.” I did try to connect via USB, Bluetooth to my tablet, laptop, iPhone and a brand new laptop that I have and no connection whatsoever.
