Works well in an 1800 cubic ft room
Excellent little unit! I purchased this for a bit of a weird reason: I’m trying to preserve grass seed in an indoor office haha.Indoor humidity runs 45-50% throughout the house, but my goal was to get down to an average of 30-35% after about 48 hours. This was able to get me down to that range with very little fuss after placing some draft stoppers. Auto shutoff feature is nice, though I change it every 1.5-2 days when it’s about half full so I don’t worry about it.I haven’t used the drainage hose, but it’s a typical price of clear corrugated tubing which I’m sure would work well for anyone that wants to use it. The water collection reservoir is graciously sized (hence the infrequent emptying).A note: there will be brief humidity fluctuations due to defrost cycles, but the average humidity is on target (I have it set for 35%, and I’m averaging 34.5% over the past 7 days)

I’m very pleased with this 4,500 sq. ft. dehumidifier. It’s the perfect size — not too large, lightweight, and easy to move thanks to the built-in wheels. The water storage compartment is well-designed with a convenient handle, and I love that it includes a hose for continuous drainage into a sump pump or floor drain. Item seems to work ok had it running for a day. Had to weight 48 hours to start it delivery person put on porch laying down. Arrows and notification all over box not to lay down. Very Quiet. Fours stars for Dehumidifier and 0 stars for delivery.

Effective Dehumidifier
I got this dehumidifier for my basement, and after about a week of using it, I can already tell the difference, the air feels fresher, and the musty smell is pretty much gone. It brought the humidity down from around 70% to a much more comfortable level really quickly. It’s got a bunch of useful features like different modes for humidity control, drying laundry, and just keeping the air moving. The real-time humidity display and the option to switch fan speeds make it easy to adjust. The water tank holds a good amount of water and shuts off automatically when it’s full, which is super handy. It’s also easy to move around thanks to the wheels and handle, and it runs quietly too. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

False representation
This dehumidifier is not at all what the seller presented it to be. First, it does not draw water in the dehumidifier cycle at all. The container does not hold 32 pints of water as it is so small and the hose is 59 inches (i measured it) not the 76 inches as stated on the description. I have returned it using the form emailed to me by Amazon AT MY COST!! Thru the post office and my cost was $31.50 using the ground advantage service. I received an email from EYSTER suggesting I use the dry cycle even tho I had stated I wanted to return it as I was not satisfied with it. I did not receive a return label at no charge. I did take multiple photos of this item prior to boxing it back up in the original packaging and returning it. Do not waste your money.

Great dehumidifier for a small space
Purchased this for a bathroom that needed better moisture ventilation. It’s quiet, compact and small enough (nice sized reservoir) to fit on a small corner bench just outside the shower. Running it while the shower is running and for 30min to an hour after has made a big difference with moisture control in this space. Exceeds expectations! Easy to empty is a plus!

I really like this humidifier. It’s quiet, has a timer, and doesn’t take up too much space. I use it in my son’s room and am able to turn it on at night without it bothering him. It’s very easy to use and requires literally no set up unless you want to use the continuous use feature.
