Great machine
This unit rocks. Easy to set up, looks like it will hold up with constant use. Holds a lot of water, is very quiet, display is bright and easy to read. Does a great job in my basement. Worth every penny.

We had bought 2 dehumidifiers for our Florida condo. Very attractive and between $250 and $300 each. One failed after a little past the warranty period. I thought I’d try this brand – same capacity, lower cost by almost $100. Well, it pulls humidity down to at least 45% whereas the other brand, despite having settings well below that, never pulled below 55%. So, the new one is way better.I wouldn’t call this new one quiet, but it doesn’t rattle and is “fine”. I just like the fact that it does the job better at a lower price. I bought a second one, with the extended warranty!, and will keep the second “inferior” one as a spare.We’ll see how long the new ones last, but with the extended warranty, I’m comfortable giving them a try.

efficiency and easy to set up
Works wonderfully well. Takes about 3 minutes to set up. LOL, most of that just unpacking it. As we live in the Houston area, humidity is a huge problem.Honestly, I would give it 5 stars but chose 4 as it’s only been operating for a few days.I would definitely buy another but hopefully won’t for some time.

Well worth our investment, Very happy with results
It has been 4 days since I turned this on in our old basement, we for years have had humidity issues because we have a 3/4 basement with 1/4 being a dirt floor crawl space that is accessible from the basement. After you receive the dehumidifier it is imperative that you leave it in the upright position for 24 hours before plugging it in otherwise you will ruin the compressor. That said after just 4 days of use the musty damp smell in our basement is gone and the air itself feels much more comfortable and clean.

Efficient and perfect size bucket to keep your basement dry
I love the big size of the bucket, it really kept my basement dry. The only criticism I have is pulling out the bucket. It is on the same side as the cord and it is difficult to manage because the cord is in the way. Besides that perfect product!
