Out of the box lights don’t work correctly… BUT they stood by their product AMAZINGINGLY
I left the product review that you see below. However, I’ve changed the rating there because these folks gave me my money back after seeing that their product didn’t work properly. Now, that’s what I call a quality of service that is unmatched. As I said in the review the product works fine with the exception of the light indicators we not all working. So, now I would highly recommend the product because obviously you can’t go wrong with a company that is that good at standing behind their products. I never did ask for a refund; they just gave it to me. So, thank you to them!! And purchase without fear. They stand by their products!It’s sad when you receive a product that doesn’t work correctly from the start. This product has blue lights for each USB port and only some of the lights work. Some are completely dark even though the button is pressed and is on. The good news is, the port still works (so far), but this is low quality control to have new items show up no working as they should, even if it’s just a light.

Everything You Could Need
Device arrival required patience, everyday I waited for delivery was worth it. This 16-port USB C 3.2 hub is fast, all the ports work, all the LEDs work, and all the on/off switches work. Don’t buy that other USB C 3.1 16-port hub that has 700 and something reviews, many of them are 2 star due to compatibility, durability, bad ports, or bad LEDs. The hub is the real deal, nothing but 4 and 5 start reviews. Oh and its heavy metal, durability will not be an issue. If you need 16-ports of USB C like I do, buy this hub and 16 “USB A to USB C” 10/Gbps cables, and you will not be disappointed.

Good USB hub
I have been using this on my Lenvo Desktop PC for over a month now with 10 USB memory sticks plugged in as well as a wireless Polycom head set and Fujitsu Scan Snap ix1600 scanner. I leave the Polycom and Fujitsu turned on all the time and only enable the Memory sticks when I’m using them. Data read/write is just as fast as when items are plugged directly into the PC.

Well made and works very well
It rocks! Running several USB to HDMI interfaces out of it, several SSDs and a couple cell phones. All are working very well with no lag or loss of performance. I especially like the separate power switches on each port.

More USB ports than you could ever want to use at once but enough power to do it
I was not expecting this hub to be so big, but it should have been obvious to me. It has so many ports, there’s no way it could be smaller than it is. So it does take up space on your desk, be aware of that.The other thing to note is that it needs one of those usb cables with the type B connector. I have so few of those cables, and yes it comes with one but I already misplaced it once so I would keep track of that.they include one for usb-c and usb-a so that’s nice. My computer only had usb-a.What I love about this thing is that it has individual switches for each usb port. That’s wild. So you don’t have to even unplug things, just push the switch to disconnect it.Its made out of very durable plastic, so I think it will hold up well over time. Its not metallic though so its not heavy.It supports usb3 which is very fast, so you won’t have an issue with speed.
