The best humidifier we have ever had.
This is one of the best humidifiers we have ever had and it has filters in it. So if you’re a smoker or whatever dust pollen it filters into the big filters that are in the machine which there are four of them. Plus that the customer service is excellent. Never had such good customer service. Extremely happy with this humidifier. Would recommend them to everyone and considering buying this as my next gift. The filters are wonderful and really clean the air as well. So happy we bought this one of our best investments

    It looks nice.
The size is fine. It fits by the wall with room to walk by. It takes 4 filters. Two on each side of the two circular fans. It was very easy to put the filters in and the tops on. The humidifier lid is wide enough for you to pour a pail of water in. I use a 9 qt household pail and fill it twice. It does go through water quickly. I need to fill it every day. Sometimes adding another pail before bed. One thing with ours that I noticed is that the refill light doesn’t work and it doesn’t turn itself off if the water tank is empty! I didn’t check it before I went to bed and in the morning it smelled! It was empty. I filled it and when we came back a few hours later after running some errands there wasn’t any smell at all so we figured we’d better not let it go dry again. It seems to do our 1100 sq. Ft. House fine. But it does go through water quickly.

    Easy peasy ready to go!
Low setting is super quiet. Higher fan speeds more noise. Less parts than my super old one… Which made me nervous but after seeing that it was stable I felt better about less cleaning when the time comes! I won’t live without one even in central Florida the air gets dry and clothes get static.

    Aircare should be embarrassed
Terrible quality. Fortunately, I waited a couple weeks to test it. First, the parts are junk. Even the back tabs that hold the upper tubes in are so short, the wick lifts them off. The front wick holders are less than a quarter inch and so keeping the wicks in place is almost impossible. The wicks that came with the humidifier were all concave at one end and convex at the other allowing air to be pulled through having no moisture. Aircare replaced the filters with, 4 filters all concave and convex, just not as bad. All of the filters are too short to set in and so I had to wet them down, break them apart and pull them in order to seat end to end. They are so flimsy that I had trouble keeping them straight since there is no frame and no frame to set them in. Another thing, there is no digital. All knobs, no humidity percentage settings. There is no way to seat these filters in such a way, that the fans aren’t pulling air that does not go through the wicks and so not picking up any moisture, probably close to 50%. So many gaps, everywhere. With the humidifier running at the highest fan speed, the highest humidity I have gotten up to is 53%. If you read this and still buy one, you will remember me as soon as you start putting it together.

    Works great. Runs quiet.
Carton arrived in great shape, no damage. One part was missing, a clip for the float (not an Amazon problem), so I rigged it up with cable ties. Instructions were so, so, but manged to get it assembled and running. So far it works great and fairly quiet
