This printer is very convenient to use. It prints fast, but occasionally it has problems with paper jams. This is the only thing I can’t accept about it. Moreover, I feel that its price is a bit higher than that of other printers.*/*

Not what it seems. Not worth the high price tag
My first impression was that, right after unboxing, I noticed how cheaply made this printer is lots of loose and wobbly parts. After setting it up and running a sample print, I saw how faint the black colors looked. This is my first thermal printer, and I’m very disappointed. I don’t understand all the five-star reviews for this product. Did I receive a defective unit, or am I missing something here?

This printer is the cat’s meow! It is fantastic! Easy to set up, easy to use! I sit in my recliner with the printer and phone on my lap! Copies are clear, and printed fast! Love it!!!!!!

I’ve invested about 8 hours in trying to get this product to work with both my Windows 11 laptop and my iPhone. So far, I’m only getting sporadic results. The instruction manual is rather pathetic, with some mis-spellings (calling it a “Protable Printer” on the Warranty card, rather confusing use of the English language on occasion. The directions are also too sparse. There is no contact number for customer service.
