Not great
I had an older Asus Zen system and loved it. Have had so many issues with this version. The nodes drop and sometimes require a factory reset and then to be added again. Very disappointed. One node wouldn’t even reset.

Bad signal strength, drops connections frequently. Waste of money for single family homes.

Nightmare
I added this as a node (ACE6600 6e) to grow my existing 2-node AX6600 mesh system. This is supposed to be a step up and completley compatible with the existing nodes. But after hours of research and trying to get customer support I am throwing in the towel. Nothing should be this difficult. I am dealing with constant drops from the internet. My home smart devices constantly drop on and off the LAN with no rhyme or reason. Watching ROKU television required constant reboots of the router, TV, App and the ROKU box. Perhaps this one node is defective but it’s impossible to know for sure. I was a big fan of this company up to now.

Unreliable, with poor/nonexistent customer service
Now it works and now it doesn’t. Unreliable, with poor consumer service and non-existent help. Finding where the problem is is essentially impossible, with multiple units “intelligently” communicating and attempting to deliver service.This is from a rather advanced user, administering servers and reasonably proficient in managing multiple operating systems and networks.

Not compatible with the identical looking model from last year. Last years model stopped working after a year. Frustrating system, steer clean of ASUS
