AWOL vision LTV 3000 Pro 135 inch MW projector screen & 3D glasses,Best UST setup out there 5 Stars
Stunning Picture,Wow, just got this AWOL LTV-3000 Pro set up with their 135-inch matte white screen, and first impressions. The projector itself is seriously impressive.Right out of the box, the colors this thing produces are just insane. Like, better-than-the-movie-theater vibrant. Reds are red, greens are green. It uses three lasers, and you can really tell the difference compared to older projectors. The 4K picture is super sharp and crisp, even on this massive 135″ screen. We watched a couple of movies with Dolby Vision, and the depth and detail were just awesome.Being an ultra-short-throw (UST) is also a game-changer. It sits on a regular media console just inches from the wall – no messing with ceiling mounts or running long cables. Huge plus!Setup was pretty easy. It comes with a Fire TV 4K Max stick that slots into a hidden compartment, so all the smart apps and streaming stuff works seamlessly.Oh, and gaming? Plugged in my console, switched it to Turbo mode, and it felt incredibly responsive. Didn’t notice any lag, even on faster games. Big win there. The 135-inch screen is HUGE and feels incredibly immersive. When you turn off ALL the lights – and I mean all of them, pitch black basement theater style – the picture projected onto this matte white screen looks fantastic. Colors are great, brightness is even, no complaints. The Combo & My Recommendation is to get it because of active 3D, 3D glasses, Stunning Picture quality and also the remote is great. thank me later. So, the LTV-3000 Pro projector is easily 5 stars. It’s brilliant. The matte white screen can be great making it feel like theater at home.Overall, I’m giving the package 5 stars because the projector is phenomenal, combining it with 135 inch Matte White Projector Screen from AWOL vision and 3D glasses was icing on the cake, making it feel like a theater at home.

Works great.
Very nice projector, excellent quality image, and sound quality is very good. I use a surround though, but the sound is pretty good from the projector. Mine was pretty easy to setup. Size was as described. Functionality is alright, when I moved it to the projector stand, it doesn’t turn on with the remote. The remote literally works for everything else, but turning it on. I’m not sure why. I got it when it was on sale for $2200.

Excellent product!
Easy setup and it works well out of the box. My setup includes:AWOL VISION LTV-3000 Pro 4K 3D Ultra Short Throw Triple Laser ProjectorAWOL VISION 150-inch Projector Screen Fixed Frame, 1.3 dB Peak GainAWOL VISION IC-A150 Motorized Slider Tray for Ultra short throw(UST) projectorMarantz SR8015 11.2 Channel (140 Watt x 11) 8K Ultra HD AV Receiver with 3D Audio HEOSI couldn’t be happier with the AWOL LTV-3000. Viewability is excellent during the day and exceptional from the afternoon to evening. With the Flat White screen and the projector, the images are very bright. You can really see the brightness during the startup sequence. As a side note, please remember that black will not be as dark if there is too much ambient light. Light produced by this projector easily ‘overpowers’ ambient light and creates a clear image. This projector produces crisp, sharp, and very bright images. There are digital focus controls, and the feet on the bottom of the projector can be raised or lowered about 1 inch or so to square up the image as needed. Projector placement is critical. Patience is required to obtain the best physical and digital adjustments to fill your viewing area. I only use the projector features of this unit. There are other features, including built-in sound and a Firestick that I don’t need or use. I replaced my 75″ TV with this setup.

Impressive
Have used it for about 1 week, so we haven’t gotten the settings fully dialed in yet. So far, it is really impressive, although we have mixed feelings about such a large UST projector that must sit out in plain view right in front of the screen. Our previous projector has a great shelf location that blends into the room’s decor. Our entertainment cabinet is not designed for hiding a UST projector, so any modification will include having to obtain a custom made glass top with a hole cut in it — expensive.Massive upgrade from our old Epson PowerLight Cinema 8100 UD. The PowerLight is a true 1080p projector, so its image is bested only by 4k, but the brightness was limited to mostly night time/fully light-controlled settings. The AWOL is intensely bright when we watch in the evenings, with some scenes being too bright. Our screen apparently has some waviness that really shows up with the UST type projectors, and the longer throw Epson handily masked those imperfections; we might have to drop a lot more change on a new screen. I find the 4k images are incredibly detailed, but often too harsh, particularly on TVs, and this projector suffers from this same problem, but is somewhat softer. Over time, I will adjust to the harsher lighting and happily soak up the amazing details. The onboard speakers are helpful in combination with our home theater sound system — the center channel dialogues are always really tough to render correctly — but sometimes there is bit of syncing delay, so this will be one of the tweaks to be sorted out. Overall, I am pleased with the unit.

I like it. Expensive but is what it is.
Sure sensitive to get full squared up. Ended up putting it on a board to slide on the rug easier to get good alignment. Direct floor placement.Quality is good for movies, haven’t tried games. You can see ghosting during horizontal video scrolling, but it’s very minimal and you have to be looking for it to see it.Has ARC so if hooked up will turn on with your movie player or theater system.
