Excellent Steamer – I Even Bought Extras for My Kids!
This BEAUTURAL steamer has been a game-changer for me. It heats up in about 30 seconds, which is perfect when I’m in a rush, and it removes wrinkles quickly without the hassle of setting up an ironing board. The large detachable water tank is easy to refill and lasts long enough to steam multiple pieces of clothing in one go. I also appreciate the auto-off safety feature for peace of mind.I liked it so much that I ended up ordering one for each of my kids as well, and they love how simple it is to use in their own homes. Easy to Use with Good Results
So many great features and works well. You don’t need distilled water and the large tank makes most jobs complete without a refill. It’s lightweight and easy to handle. The no drip feature is a real plus. It did a great job on a king comforter I bought that was severely wrinkled when unpacked. Also very handy for touching up curtains. I’m finally ready to donate my trusty steam iron.

Great Steamer – Needs a bigger Water Tank
I’ve been really happy with the BEAUTURAL handheld steamer—it heats up fast, removes wrinkles quickly, and is super easy to use. It’s perfect for last-minute touch-ups and works well on everything from light blouses to thicker fabrics.The only downside for me is the water tank size. I find myself needing to refill it more often than I’d like, especially when steaming multiple items. A slightly larger tank would make this a 5-star product for sure!Overall, though, it’s a solid steamer that gets the job done and is easy to store. Definitely recommend for quick and effective wrinkle removal.

It is easy to use. The water does not spill out no matter what angle. The attachments go on and off with ease, and it gets wrinkles out and steam cleans well. The cord is long enough I can reach top of curtains and furniture not near the outlets.Heats up quickly, and has a lock feature on the trigger for continuous steam. Recommend!

Wow easy and quick
Works great!!! Such a surprise what a super, easy, quick job it does. I used it on hanging curtains. Yes, as somebody said, your arm can tire a bit but hey change arms. It doesn’t really leak if horizintal but you may get a drop or two, so care needed on something like silk.

It died on me it just blinks now and won’t start the steam
Bought this in December 2023 it was great while it lasted. It heated up fast and really got my clothes wrinkle free. Im only giving it three stars because it lasted less than 2 years. I was hoping it could at least last for 5 given my minimal use. I use it on average maybe twice a week and a few more times during the holiday season. Definitely not enough use for it to die out on me already. Now I’m in the market for another not sure if I’ll go with this brand again or not.

The customer service for this Beautural steamer is excellent!! My 1st steamer was defective. It leaked water through the nozzle, & would run out of water very quickly. I had already written a 5 star review on same day I got it, because the first time I used it, I had no problems at all, & I was very happy with it. Then, as I used it more, over the next few days, I kept seeing it leaking water a lot & the problem got worse. I decided to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars, because I genuinely felt the steamer wasn’t working as it should at all. I couldn’t even get it to steam a seam on regular weight fabric, it just made it all wet. I was pretty upset about it. I had intended on contacting the company about the defective steamer, which I mentioned in my revised review, but within a few hours of my 2 star review, Lydia, who works for Beautural, the steamer company contacted me. Lydia was extremely helpful & kind. She apologized about the defective steamer & she only asked if I could take & send her a picture of the bottom of the steamer, which is where the serial number & other information about the steamer are located. I didn’t need to return my defective steamer either. Lydia made sure a brand new steamer was shipped next day to me. I was very impressed with Lydia & this company’s customer service, & it was nice for once for a company to want to fix the problem as quickly as possible by contacting me. I’ve never experienced anything like this on Amazon. I would love for more sellers to stand behind their products, & just want their customers to be happy. The new steamer works great!! I highly recommend this great company & their products. I would definitely buy from them again in the future, & be confident knowing that if I had any problems, they would do whatever was necessary to fix it. This is my 3rd revised review. 5 stars for excellence in customer service, support & a perfect handheld steamer, too!! Thank you so much, Lydia. You made this so easy.

Excelente producto, Funciona muy bien.Es muy fácil de usar ya cuando le agarras el truco, el deposito de agua alcanza para planchar 3 playeras seguidas o 2 pantalones de mezclilla. Recomiendo dejar que salga un poco de vapor antes de planchar la ropa, ya que a veces llega a soltar algunas gotas de agua.Lo malo es la jarra del agua, no tiene una medida exacta para dejar el deposito lleno, también recomiendo usar un embudo pequeño para llenar el deposito, ya que no lo puedes dejar parado y el sello aveces estorba al llenar.
