Does the camera works with 5GHz wifi?
No, it can only works with 2.4GHz wifi.
If your router is a dual-band, we recommend you separate them first and then connect the camera to the 2.4GHz band.
Is the camera wired or battery powered?
The camera is wired. It needs to be plugged in to work.
The camera won’t connect.
Please long-press the reset button until the camera makes a sound and the light starts flashing red, then try to connect it again.
Do I have to subscribe to the cloud?
No, the camera can record event videos(12s) in the last 24 hours. If you need it to record longer videos, please insert a micro SD card or subscribe to the cloud.

Great Camera
I bought this camera to help watch over my dogs, one that has epilepsy. I wasn’t expecting much, but if it just let me peak in on my babies with a decent picture it would have been enough for me, for the price point.This camera has exceeded my expectations. Now I’ve only been using for a couple of days, but right out of the box I loved how easy it was to set up – I just scanned the QR code, downloaded the app and plugged the camera in and was connected within minutes.The picture quality is excellent, very clear even when zoomed in on something. Night vision is surprisingly crisp and clear also.There’s so many options on this camera, the app is very user friendly and intuitive, so exploring the options is easy.I love that you can use an SD card for recording so you don’t need a subscription. But the subscription does give you a lot of extras, I think, if you want or need them. I haven’t tried the subscription and I love that I don’t have to have one to use the camera.So far I haven’t had any issue with it staying connected to my network. And I love that it’s easy to turn the camera on and off and controlling the camera is as easy as moving my finger across the screen.I don’t think you can go wrong with this camera. Easy to use, excellent picture quality, it has alerts for different things, two way audio, many options for a very affordable price, all without having to subscribe unless you want to.

This is the perfect camera for pets or for keeping an eye on children. It was very simple to set up, just download the app, plug it in and it does the rest. The picture is clear and the audio is good. Connectivity is also good. It comes with a free trial for video storage but there is also a free plan that still allows for live feed. The cost is low goer such a high quality camera. No lag time and notifications are what you set them to be. Best purchase for an inexpensive war to keep track of my mischievous cats while we are out of town!It also tracks motion so over you find a good spot to put it or mount it you are good to go. I will be getting one more to round out my small apartment.Please disregard the way my kitchen looks in the video I’ve been baking all day! I also forgot to turn on the sound.I will add to my review once we get back from our trip to report if it worked well!

Excellent for Keeping an Eye on My Dogs~!
The Blurams Pet Camera works really well! I love being able to check on my dogs when I’m out and about. The 2K video is clear, the 360° rotation covers the whole room and the two-way audio lets me talk to them. Motion tracking and night vision are great bonuses, making it perfect for both security and peace of mind.

They’re good for a few days/weeks, then they fail, along with the support
They used to make a decent camera, and used to have decent customer service. But now the last few cameras I have gotten from them, both inform & outdoor models all have problems, and they don’t even want to support it.Out of 9 new cameras I got in the last 2 months, 3 of them have bad night vision, suddenly got cloudy & white spots, and 2 of them like 75% of the time don’t motion detect for large events, like someone walking up from 20 feet away, then standing directly in front of the camera, only 2-3 feet away, shows no motion. This happens continuously. And none of them ever get the ai event right, a cat can walk by, and it says personal appeared. A person can walk by, and it says vehicle or pet. A car drives by, and it says person or package. They’re just getting worse & worse. I had 3 Blurams cameras from years ago, and I decided they’ve been doing so well, I’d replace my entire ring system with them. What a mistake.And now I see why Blurams camera prices keep getting lower & lower, because they know the quality is failing.

This is the one to get!
I am super happy with this camera. After the frustrating of dealing with multiple cams that either would not connect to my wifi or had terrible propriety apps, this one knocks them out of the park. Easy set up, great app. I love the motion tracking feature and that I can leave the live feed on indefinitely without it timing out. Video quality is great. I will definitely be purchasing more.

Great simple camera with *no subscription*!
I have to say, this simple little NO SUBSCRIPTION camera is perfect for my needs. It pings my phone when something moves or makes noise, and then I can check the live video with one tap on my phone. I have no need to store my videos—I just want to check on my new dog while she’s crated, to see if she is resting peacefully or getting stressed, etc. Set-up was easy and the app works through my home wi-fi seamlessly; when I’m out, I sometimes have to switch to my phone’s personal hotspot to get the live feed. (Not sure if that’s just me.) The sensitivity is good (to noise and motion), and it’s also nice you can adjust the camera angle (up, down, side to side) from the phone. Will this turn your home into Fort Knox? No. But it will give you eyes in a room you can’t see directly. I find it a good value and a simple solution for my needs.

I really like this camera but the only reason i don’t give it a five stars is because the app is kinda annoying to set up. Every time it disconnects from wifi you need to reset it up which can take a little bit so that’s pretty frustrating.Otherwise good quality camera, sound it good and the talk back feature is nice and clear. I get heeeeaps of notifications since i’m using it for a pet so if your using it for security purposes you would be set.
