No, it doesn’t need AAA batteries. It MUST plug in to work with adapter(included.) Because LED lights need much power to work. If you use battery, it needs to replace very often. However, there’s a CR2032 battery inside for setting memory.

The company has excellent customer service and offers lifetime warranty
This is a great alarm clock for my son to teach him about military time and compare Celsius to Fahrenheit. It shows the day of the week and the date so he always knows this. It also has cool tones to wake up to. We don’t have the heat turned up in the house unless we get a storm so it’s fun to see what temperature it is inside vs outside. I enjoy the different colors and it has a nice dim feature allowing you to adjust the brightness to the perfect setting. The biggest perk for me is the larger display which is easy to read from across without my glasses.

Great clock for the money
Display size is nice and big so I can see it from across the room without my glasses.Brightness has 6 levels of adjustment so it doesn’t have to light up a room.Alarm has 5 levels so it doesn’t have to wake the neighbors.Buttons are clearly labeled on the back making it easy to use.Good quality build.

An excellent clock
This is an excellent clock in many respects. It’s good for a full-time bedside clock and great for travelling (especially with the internal settings backup battery which keeps the time and alarms while not plugged in). It can plug in to any USB-A charger and it comes with its own charge block. There are two USB-A sockets on the back to charge or power a phone and/or another device. It has a super clear screen, and it keeps accurate time. I like that it has an easy to set screen brightness control with 6 levelsI am glad I chose this clock, and I recommend it.

Nice little clock with a clear and bright display. The size is nice, not too small but not too big either. I have it setting right in front of my monitor at work so I can always quickly see the time and date.I have listed my pros and cons (only 1 con for me) below:PROs: Looks niceVery clear high resolution displayAbility to adjust the brightness (5%-100%)Has a battery back-up for when the power goes outAccurate room temperature displaySuper east to set the date, time, month, etc.CON: The time seems to fall behind by just a minute or 2 every couple of months and I have to reset it.Overall I would recommend this clock. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because it falls behind on time and I need to reset it every couple months which isn’t a huge deal for me but forces me to deduct 1 star.

So easy to set up and easy to read.
I’m very please with my new alarm clock. I’m not real “savvy” when trying to set up electronic things, but this was super easy. I wanted the day of the week to show and the temperature, and it does both. It’s small enough to fit on my night stand but large enough to read from bed. I LOVE that it has a lifetime warranty, and here again, it was so simple to register it using my Amazon order number. Looks like it’s going to be a quality product and I am a happy consumer.

It’s been a great product . All of the functions have worked since I bought it. It was easily programmed. The directions are easily read . My grandson programmed it for me initially. He said he needed one . I’ve bought 3 more for gifts ( ages 12-20 ). I like that it offered more colors. The level of brightness on the display is a plus .Great product. I’ll keep purchasing again and again. Highly recommend this clock for anybody.

This is a great small clock with everything you need. Easy to read, day, date, temperature , two usb ports. Adjustable brightness.I don’t know about the alarm as I don’t use it.

Only 3 years of use
This display is large and you can brighten and dim it. It shows date, day and temp which is very nice. It is a little tricky to set, but is manageable with some patience. Unfortunately, it quit working in3 years and 4 months. Kind of disappointed in that.
