I got this product a week back and it was delivered overnight. No complaints with packaging and shipping.There are many other products available in this range on Amazon, but my eyes were stuck on it as it comes with the reputation of Kodak and was more or less the same as compared with the pricing of other products, so this was no-brainer for me.Coming to the product, the picture quality looks pretty good with a full HD display. It was easy to assemble and picture transfer from iPhone wasn’t that tough either as I saw in the reviews before buying this product.Overall, I am satisfied with the product and I think of buying a couple more for my other rooms in the house.

We missed the return deadline. This is a TERRIBLE product, it clitches constantly, the touch scren feature sometimes becomes non-operational. Difficulties in centering/cropping photos and uploading challenges. Expected SO MUCH More from Kodak product extrememly disapoonted with a $100. papaer weight! Rather than enjoying memories it adds more frustration. It constantly needs to be unplugged to re-boot as the On/Of switch alos does not work.

Good and bad points on this one
Got this for MIL who is in a care home. We like that it could turn either way, was easy to mount, and we can easily send new pictures to it from our phones. However the controls aren’t intuitive and the staff have had trouble figuring it out. Also while it has an auto off, we couldn’t figure out an auto on, other than a motion sensor which doesn’t work for someone who is bed bound.

Beautiful frame. Perfect for viewing photos. I’ve not used for music yet but plan to later maybe. No issues with loading photos or using. I really purchased for the photos and the fact that it is Kodak brand.

Meh, Just Okay
I was expecting more from a Kodak product, but sadly I will be returning this item. To start, the port placement didn’t work out for me. I have a 32G flash drive which is a couple of inches long. The USB port faces the bottom and my flash drive is too long, so the frame doesn’t lie flat. Most other brands point the ports to the side, avoiding this problem. I figured I could get around that.But the background is very annoying. If a photo doesn’t fill the entire frame it extends a blurred image of the photo off both sides. It is very distracting and makes it difficult to enjoy the pictures. And I could not find a setting where I could just turn that to black. I also noticed that the photos seem to go by very quickly, even though I had the setting at five seconds. I timed it and the photos switch every 3.5-4 seconds. Seems like they should have been able to get that right.The picture quality is good and setup was fast and easy. Touch screen works well. But I can’t get past the other issues so I ordered a different brand.

With any electronics, longevity is only addressable over time, so I can’t say anything about that.But I’m very pleased so far.Image quality is great. Even my older pictures taken on crappy cameras are visible and clear.It’s super easy to set up overall. It’s running a modified android for its OS, which means it’ll likely be familiar enough.The interface isn’t android, but it’s okay anyway. I might tweak it some if I was in charge, but it’s going to be usable by most people with no issues.I use this with an sd card, but I have tested the Wi-Fi functionality, and had no problems.
