Stop working at 9 months! No customer Service!!!
Do NOT get this camera!!! I have enjoyed this camera up until it quit working at 9 months and NO ONE will respond to our chats or emails. I have been reaching out for 4 weeks with no response. I read another review where someone was successful with their customer service but they have NEVER responded to our chats or our emails. It was a good camera but I did not sign up to buy a camera that would quit working in 9 months and tell me repeatedly “to contact customer service” which apparently does not exist. We have a cubo AI and loved it but it would not allow for us to look at two cameras at the same time. For first time parents do not get this camera as it is NOT reliable and now we will have to buy something else. I will update this review if customer service EVER responds but I won’t hold my breath.

Never realize how important having an external monitor could be and comparing using a Blink camera
I love this product. It’s easy to use has handy features like sound machine built into the camera, I can monitor with an external device. Compared to my Blink camera, it’s free has no monthly subscription saving me $3 a month! I’m using it for the sole purpose of monitor my child so I don’t need the data storage feature that the blink camera charges. This external devices color accuracy is terrible but it serves its purpose. I don’t need a million colors to tell me that my child is awake. Every thing was plug and play so easy to set up, I didn’t even need to pair anything. It’s also pretty slim, in the video you can compare it to the blink camera. Picture quality is acceptable, not the best and its downside unfortunately. However, I’m quite content with how it’s working so far. I hope it remains durable as my child has a knack for knocking things over. You can see how beat up the blink camera is, hopefully this camera lasts as well. I’m not going to do an endurance test on it just yet but the battery life on the external monitor has been excellent.

A basic monitor that works well. The video can be a bit delayed, but works great for the price. Easy easy set up. Doesn’t require WiFi so camping or outdoor fun makes this a great option

Nice hybrid baby monitor
Baby monitor works well and doesn’t need WiFi which is a big plus. Surprisingly the ir portion doesn’t have the red glow which is quite nice for the baby as well. Monitor is a bit small but this makes is quite portable and the battery lasts quite a bit easily through a few nap times.
