A must have for my travel and while at the office
I have owned this particular electric bidet for nearly a year now. It has been a quality product and I have used it extensively while in the office as well as during my leisure and work related trips being away from home. The size of the bidet is perfect and the weight is not too heavy considering it has a powerful built-in pump which delivers a sufficiently strong stream of water. The bidet has two flow intensity settings depending on the user’s preference. The battery life has been great all this time I have owned the product, and I don’t even recall having to recharge it that often.Additionally, I wanted to mention the customer support and how helpful they have been when I had an issue with the bidet. They responded almost immediately and sought to answer my questions and review the issue in detail by requesting to send them a video and a detailed description of the issue. Eventually they sent me a free replacement for which I am truly grateful.

Loved it until it stopped working after a little over two months. It was not cheap and should have lasted longer. No wonder it only had a 30 day guarantee.

I love Bidets and I have many types, almost any type you find on Amazon I have tried. this one beats them all. It is portable, nice looking, easy to handle, very functional. But most important, its motor has good power and great stream flow. I have two and I carry one in my backpack to work and outdoor all the time. Probably the most disadvantage is that it cannot connect to any external bottles. It comes with its build in water container. On occasions I have to fill it up twice to get the job done. After 1.5 years, it is still working vs. some of my other bidets quit long ago…

Better then another model I had purchased and used before. All-in-One is best.
Traveled out of state to house sit for family while they were away on personal business. They do not have any bidet and I did not pack another model I had previously purchased. I like this one much better because it contains its own water reservoir whereas the other model used a separate cup that you had to be sure was securely connected to the main. Only charged it once and battery never needed recharging for the month and a half I was there. Size is reasonable to performance, biggest challenge was the placement of the power button. I wish it was midway and not the top. I had to be careful and slide hand up once the extension was roughly in position. Once false move or slip of hand and I could have dropped in a very ugly place.

Loving this so far – as long as it works!
Once you go down the bidet route, you don’t go back. I’m traveling a bunch over the next few months and the idea of wiping myself with toilet paper just feels horrible, so I purchased a few travel bidets off Amazon. I only wanted models with USB-C charging. This was the first one I tested and so far it’s great. The first experience was a total mess, but on the second go I had it down to a science and loved it. The “wiping test” confirmed it’s working great. I’m bringing this baby with me to Thailand and the Caribbean – happy to cut down on TP uses but also having a nice clean butt feels great. I’m bringing this with me even during day trips in my satchel ! So portable, it has a cute little carrying case, and it automatically turns on when you pull out the spray. Loving this so far!UPDATE: I had to drop my review to 4 stars because about 3 months in and my little portable bidet is having an issue: once I turn it on and start using it, it never turns off anymore. So I’ll use it once and not touch it again for days sometimes, and then it’s dead. I have to recharge it again. This started happening after about 3 months. I would love to contact Redsack to get support for what to do about this, but I can’t find any support information, or web site, or really anything. It’s a shame because this is a really nice little portable bide that I’ve been taking with me all across the world. I wish they had a web site!

Solid performance, compact, travels well.
I’ve had it now for well over a year, and I have to say it is excellent. While I bought it for travel, I find I also started using it at home (we have a Toto bidet in our primary bathroom, but sometimes that is occupied by my wife, so this lives in the spare when not traveling).What I like about it, the clever design means it is both small for travel, but also easy to use and aim. You can carry water in it, and still have it be compact. The swing out spray works as a safety so that the unit only enables the buttons when the stick has been properly extended more than 45 degrees. The extension stick supports many angles, make it easy to reach where you need to clean even on the smallest of toilets (something I’m not sure you can do with larger bottle units). The capacity is pretty good, but it may pay to have an extra water bottle around to refill the unit without getting up in case you had forgotten to fill it all the way up.It is a good unit for being so Portable and travel}el friendly, at a good price.

Keeps its promises
I have been using this for several months and am enormously pleased. The case is discreet and prevents leaks. It’s even possible to lay a handkerchief flat in it and wrap it around the device, in case you find yourself somewhere without adequate TP for drying. I prefer my home bidet, of course, but this has made me extremely tolerant of traveling wherever I want to go. It can be a little large to carry with you everywhere, but I put it in my purse and it could be used by someone who carries a backpack easily. I particularly like being able to keep it filled. By the time I’ve found a bathroom, my system doesn’t tolerate well the idea of stopping to fill a bidet. I suppose I could get used to it, but I’m a late in life bidet adopter, so maybe not.

Wir haben es zm testen bestellt , nachdem wir im Urlaub die Annehmlichkeiten einer Po dusche genießen durften. Man kann natürlich nicht erwarten das dieses kleine Teil das gleiche ist, aber für unsere Zwecke ist es vollkommen ausreichend , der Wassertank reicht für 1x saubermachen und es funktioniert nachdem man weiss wie man es am besten macht sehr gut. Es hat unseren Test bestanden 👍🏻Leider muss ich meine Bewertung korrigieren, nach nur 1 Woche normaler Benutzung funktioniert der Ein und Ausschalter nicht mehr und das Accu macht auch faxen, wir hoffen es ist ein montags Modell und bestellen es noch einmal, wir werden sehen was dann wird

Stopped working after 2 months of perfect performance, not sure if power button failed or no more charging, light comes on on extending shaft though, but no light indicating being charged.. couldn’t email an appropriate size video requested by customer service, so I’m uploading here.. hoping to get an advice.
