Great lock, with the ability to add multiple entry passcodes, I like this lock.
Great lock, with the ability to add multiple entry codes. I’m very happy with this door handle’s sturdy feel and contemporary good looks. It is relatively easy to install, but it is a bit troublesome to drill another hole on the door. Of course, the door lock is installed more firmly.It is easy to set a password to open the door, and it is very convenient to open the door with a IC card and a remote control. Anyway, I like this lock.

Good quality smart door lock
The item is exactly as described. Installation instructions are stated on the packaging. For amateur DIY enthusiasts, it is relatively easy. Product works great. Setting up a passcode and adding a proximity card is still easy. The front and rear lock bodies are all made of metal, and the lock body is very firm, safe and reliable. Overall, I like this lock.

Great lock for offices
I got this lock to replace a schlage that we had in the office that we’ve used for many years. Schlage is limited with the user levels and amount of codes you can input. With this one you can enter up to 50 codes and it also comes with these key fobs and remote which we’ve put into good use. I’ve even asked to order more key fobs because their rep told me that they can be programmed to work with multiple locks of the same model. So planning to get another for our warehouse area and sync the fobs to work with both locks. Reliable and fast responsive reps over at Colosus. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Great product. Instructions were a little confusing on setting up your code but Jenny at Colosus was so helpful. I called and left a message. She called me back within the hour and sent me some very simple and easy YouTube videos to set up. Great customer service!

best keyless door lock for our medical office
I’ve been searching all over amazon for the right lock for our medical office for months. Finally decided to go with this one after emailing back and forth with their customer service rep to go over what we wanted out of a lock and how the features of this one could fit our needs. First before jumping into how good the product is, I just want to give a shoutout to James from Colosus who was so attentive to what we wanted and would even ask us follow up questions that made us realize we needed to approach this purchase as more of buying a system and not just a lock. Here is what sold us on this product:1. The ability to connect all NDL302 locks with key fob/code2. Open mode which keeps our front door open during business hours for our patients3. Remote control which allows our receptionist to unlock the door for patients to come to the back right from her seat.4. Key fobs for our doctors and codes for our other employees5. The best 1-on-1 customer service reps that attend to you and follow up with you to make sure that everything is running smooth.If you’re looking for a digital lock system for an office, I would highly recommend talking to James from Colosus or just email or call them to see if this lock is right for your needs. I just wish they also had a team that would come install this because that would be the complete package.

Broken in one day
Do not buy this door handle!! We purchased this for an office door to replace a Honeywell keypad doorknob that has been in use for 5+ years and it finally retired, I liked the gimmick of the fobs and that this one looked like it was well built but that assumption was wrong. First off the install instructions are plain unusable, lucky the guy installing it is handy and was able to figure it out. Once you get it installed and go to program it that’s an adventure in itself almost seems like you need to be a computer programmer due to the lack of the instructions making any kind of sense.Once you finally get it programmed I t’s a hassle to always have to put the user code in front of your passcode, which in itself has to be 6 digits, so in the end you have to input and 8 digit passcode plus the # sign, switch boggles me that they didn’t just label it with an unlock icon to make pressing it more natural. Why can’t it just be a 4 digit code like every other keypad doorknob? But the most frustrating part of this doorknob is that it took ONE day to completely destroy itself (see pic) the latch housing completely exploded inside the door, luckily the door latch got stuck in the retracted position otherwise we would of had to call a locksmith to open the door. So save yourself the frustration from unusable instal instructions, confusing programming process and extremely poor quality and just buy name brand don’t get baited by the gimmicky “extras” of the fobs.
