Great for children’s security
This is just a great cabinet lock for any parent who has a small children because like most of you might know children find ways to open any kind of door and my two children aren’t the exception they have found every single tool to be able to open the doors of our kitchen of our closet and even my tool shed. But with this lock, they haven’t been able to open anything at all. And believe me as parents that gives us a great piece of mindset. It’s really simple to use and a good thing. It’s that you can actually play more than one finger print so not only you and your significant other will be able to open it but anyone you program the fingerprint as well.

Great deterrent
Bought 3 of these to help keep our 7 yo autistic son from eloping. He was able to break one with just constantly tugging on the doors. The plastic is nice and thick, just didn’t hold up to a persistent child. The other 2 are still holding up great.9/17/25 Nevermind, he figured out how to pull the cord from the lock…

This thing works when it wants to. It will work for my husbands print, but it won’t work for anyone else in the house nine times out of ten.

Neat design of cabinet lock or fridge lock! Keeps your things secured, one small flaw for me.
This fingerprint lock was a perfect solution for my new house’s garage fridge where there will be beer kept accessible to teens and it’s cheap peace-of-mind to know that no one will be tempted to open the fridge without permission.I programmed several of my fingers and my wife’s fingers into the memory easily! After a few weeks I did have to go through several of my fingers repeatedly to get it to read of and open the lock. If you’re looking for 100% dependability this might not be your lock.If it ever does get stuck and not read any fingers it’s just some double sided tape to peel off. I really liked it and was somewhat disappointed when it malfunctioned for me.I can’t give any opinions on if it was a one-time fluke as this is the only one I’ve owned. It was working great on the first day. Maybe there’s a build up of dust or something after a while that interfered with the reading of fingerprints.Overall it’s a great design with some small hindrances in reprogramming sometimes. Be sure to add enough fingerprints that at least one will read if it fails.

It took me a little while to get it figured out and working, but all in all, it works great. Gives me a better piece of mind knowing my kids can’t open the door, as well. It’s a neat gadget.

It takes a while to figure out how to operate this and program the fingerprints for it to recognize. The lock works well and is a good way to keep items out of reach of kids. It’s also well priced given the function it serves.
