Easy to use and perfect for families!
I’m super happy with this keyless entry door lock! It looks great and works perfectly. You can use a key if you want, but fingerprint and code access make life so much easier. The battery life is awesome — 4 AA batteries can last up to a year (not included). I love that my kids can get in after school without carrying keys. Installation was simple, and the setup video walked me through everything step by step. It even auto-locks after closing, which feels very secure. Totally worth it!

Need better instructions
Seems to work well. It could be a bit more user friendly. Better instructions would go a long ways towards making it more user friendly. Careful when routing the wire harness. I had a screw cut one of the wires during installation.

Easy to install but it worked for two or three days and now it constantly try’s to lock and unlock. It’s trash after a few days.

Great build quality, nice looking, great price, not so good app
This lock and doorknob is pretty nice for the price. We got it as a replacement for our last one that broke. This one has wayyyy better battery life. We use cheap rechargeable AA batteries and they lasted several months. In our old one I replaced the batteries almost every week. The buttons feel great are super responsive and light up at night to help you see. The only thing I have trouble with is the fingerprint sensor being a bit iffy and their app is very slow and not very user friendly. Setting up multiple users somehow was really complicated. The build quality makes up for that. Other than that, it’s a superb product. I’m giving the hardware a rating, not the app. Installation was a breeze also. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a reasonably priced, good looking, keypad lock and knob.
