It’s definitely not a product I would buy again. If your not right next to it you wont get any lig information on who is coming in and out. If your out of town forget seeing who used their codes to get in. I wish I could return it and buy something better and more reliable..

Super easy to install!
I honestly thought this was going to be plastic because of the good price. LOL. However, this is a solid piece of equipment with excellent instructions. I had this thing programmed and working in less than 20 minutes, and that was with adding fingerprints and remotes. I didn’t use their QR code for the app because it takes you to a foreign web site, but the app is TTLock and available in the Google Play Store as a “verified app.” It was easy to use and didn’t require bizarre permissions.The instructions say you need 4x AAA batteries, but that is not correct. You need 4x AA batteries. Everything went together exactly as expected and described. They even put a red mark where you need to connect the power cord from the outer part to the inner part.It came with 2 FOBs, 2 keys, the fingerprint scanner, and the keypad. Really easy to set up. Again, I was amazed. I’m going to buy another one, and my adult kids are going to buy one each.It was nice to have something this important work right out of the box with no problems.Highly recommended.

Autolock feature only work half way
The lock works nice overall, except the autolock feature. It does not automatically turn locked if unlocking through knob on the way out. It can auto-lock if unlock through apps and fingerprint.Hope find a way to fix it.

It Works
This was a decent purchase for the price. It was fairly easy to install and has solid features. We have had some issues with it, however. It constantly says “low battery” when we unlock it, even when the batteries are brand new. Also, the fingerprint feature occasionally freaks out and won’t work. We have to pull the batteries out and reset it in those instances.We do enjoy not having to use a key everytime we unlock the door – that alone has made this a good purchase.

Love the key FOB
This is a pretty cool lock. You can use a key, your finger print, and 4 digit code, or a key fob. The key fob has been the most useful for us. We keep it on our keychain with our car keys and it makes opening the door really easy. If we are carrying something heavy, we can just put our pocket up against the lock and it will unlock, hands free. So cool. I’m thinking of buying another one of these for the garage door. Very convenient. Install was pretty straight forward. Just make sure you have a standard door lock size. Overall, and very nice product.

The hesitation of this device 😒
Everything was fine until a month ago when the hesitation started and didn’t want to lock or unlock. SMH! Don’t even know if I can get a refund because it’s past the return window. Just spend a little more money for quality.
