It was easy to install,everything you need came in the box all you have to do is follow the instructions step by step, put it on is easy i recommend this product. Buy this product yours will be up and running in no time. Only thing I wish they added was batteries , wish isn’t included you need 4 AA batteries.

Temperamental keep pad door handles that could NOT handle their reason for existing
These were surprisingly difficult to install. Though the concept should be simple but tge compactness of the single wire that connects to the small mother board in the lock kept coming out of its slot inturn making the batteries not want to fit without slight forcing them behind 2 tiny screws that attach the plate to the inside handle. Then the door lock became stuck, on the inside handle was going one direction and the key pad handle going another. Absolute mess to get to work!I bought 2 locks, tge first one had the ke pad side handle not catching the internal switch to connect with catch that’s allows the part to go in and out where the handle actually causes the catch to go in and out – this is pad side handle moved up and down but made NO CONNECTION with the actual lock! Temperamental, who has the time? There going back!

buttons don’t work 🙁
Everything works except the keypad, which is the part needed the most. The buttons will mistakenly sound twice when only pressing them once, so it gets very annoying trying to put in the code. It’s very inconsistent. The number 1 does not work at all.

The buttons sticks
They are nice looking logs they do work but the numbers stick. Sometimes you have to press it 1000 times just forward to register their number so I frequently have to either use my phone to unlock it. Sometimes the thumb doesn’t work so you have to delete and reinstall your thumb.
